I blame plato only for rewarding the cheaters in the last round for Sofia and for not catching the cheaters earlier. For everything else it's cheaters responsibility for system exploit. When you find a bug you should report it and not exploit it.

I blame plato for it. But I also don't trust Turkey, because Turkish players accept and use the tanks that the cheaters created for them. Hence why I don't want to have anything to do with Turkey in this game as long as Turkish community is unable to distance itself and relies on the cheaters.

We all have cheaters among us, but most do not make them their spokesmen.
