This article is made to inform citizens of Cyprus that we came into an aggreement with Saudi Arabia that practically ends the war between us and them.

The aggreement is giving Al Riyadh back to e-Saudi Arabia.

Obligations

Saudi arabia side :

No DOs against any e-Cypriot land or e-Cypriot RW.
No Natural Enemy or other action against e-Cyprus.
No influence made against any Cyprus battle.
No anti e-Cyprus mu coordination.

Cyprus side :

No NE or any other action against Saudi Arabia.
Let them keep Al Riyadh.

The aggreement is signed by :

very good action.
it was time for e-cyprus to let real life players in e-saudi arabia to have the chance to recover and rebuild themselves. it is not fair for low populated e-saudi arabia and e-saudi to be all the time captured. THIS action will allow them to play in the game and be part of e-republic and not to give up the game. after all this is just a game. E-saudis need to play and enjoy voting,elections, planing and taxing their people. letting this area free is good.
