[KSA] Deal with eCyprus [August 2012]

Dear people of eSaudi Arabia,
This article will be used to notify all eSaudis about the deal signed with eCyprus. Please read it carefully.
A deal with eCyprus has been signed
I have signed a deal with Alfadi, the President of eCyprus that says that we get Al Riyadh (it won’t be attacked, so we’ll keep it) and in return we mustn’t make a single influence point against Cyprus in any battle. That’s why I’m asking all the Military Unit Commanders to remove “against Cyprus” from the Daily Order priority list and make sure that a battle against eCyprus is never the Daily Order. Also, not only will fighting against eCyprus be illegal, but also any anti-eCyprus military coordination, etc. This deal will last until September 10th.
If you’re a newer player and don’t understand why this deal is so important, please contact me. Any fighting against eCyprus or eGreece will be equivalent to breaking the eSaudi laws.

as a normal eSaudi arabia citizen (not part of the government or congress), i announce my refusal to this deal, unless we get a public and clear statement about the reasons and the circumstances that made our government to have this deal with our enemy eCyprus.

were making this deal to make us stronger not because were have fear of cyprus, now the objective is fight against Israel, we have more chances in a war against Israel, this could restart our economy advance.

"breaking the eSaudi laws" - So now you moved into dictatorship? eSaudis can't fight against who-ever they want to?
LOL, Cyprus is the one who needs the break from our RW's, and we only agreed becaz its only a month long.
As long as its not a permanent deal, I see no problem with this. Its an oppurtunity for both sides to focus their units elsewhere, and deal with foes that may be more important.
However, I'd like to know what exactly could be done to those who disobey this declaration. Certainly there will be some who will oppose this deal, and will likely move ahead and fight against Cyprus or Greece anyways.
