Strategy is the key to win wars

After we newbies keep on blaming seniors with posts like

1) It's a war game!!!,

2) We really are Armed Forces,

3) Wrong Decision,

4) Development Needed,

5) Battle Formula etc.,

RealSteel4 usually keeps telling that we should wait and also mentions that some big change is about to come. But our MOD(Minister of Defense) Mr. Calvinhobbes came forth and posted posted a bold article Bravehearts which clearly explains that we newbies are not taking up any responsibilities in this game.

I'd like to step up as a weapon supplier for eIndians. I'll send 15Q7s everyday to all active eIndians. But people will have to fill a form everytime which will not take more than 20 seconds. Weapons will be provided only to people who actually fight with weapons (which I can find out with the proofs you provide in the form)

I'd also like to step up as a war strategy advisor for division1. It'll be good if seniors inform me before 24 hours when they need Division1's help in wars. I'll do the rest to make sure to win in as much as div1 battles with least usage of resources.

Example strategy structure:

1) Provide economical advices like Tips to earn Gold and Money faster which increases the resources production in eIndia.

2) Everyone should fight only when everyone else fights. Everyone must fight when everyone else fights.

3) Follow the campaign strategy for every campaign.

An example Campaign strategy:

1) Start the Resistance war when the number of online players in the enemy country is too less.
2) Winning the early battles is very very important. Because there is a more chance foreigners can do some Mercenary+FF Kills for India if we lead in the RW.
3) Follow the battle strategy for Battle1, Battle2, Battle 5, Battle 6, Battle 9, battle 10.
4) Never fight for any battles other than the above.

An example Battle Strategy:

1) Not less than 2 and not more than 5 eIndians should fight in a battle.
2) One of you should hit 1 Million damage at the start of the battle.
3) Never fight till the opponent reaches 1600 domination. This time gives foreign players to fight for BH medals in this battle. We will surely get more than 2 Million damage from some foreigner. Now push him to do more damage or steal a BH medal. If you have done this damage at the starting of this battle, this foreigner wouldn't have done this damage for this battle.
4) Suddenly 3 people from eIndia should do an average of 1 Million damage each only if we can reach atleast 50% by doing so. (Note that we can visit the top 5 damage dealers of both countries in a RW. We also know the %domination of both countries and damage done by both countries from which we can easily calculate how much damage we should do to reach 50😵
5) Never fight when our bar is more than 51%
6) For close battles, use bombs at 50th second during each minute.
7) Let foreigners win the BH medals in case that helps us to win this battle. This might sound weird. But the same foreigner might stay in India or fight for India for few more battles helping himself helping eIndia. Note that lot of RH and FF golds will be wasted in case if you are greedy towards the 2 gold.
8.) Donate your weapons to people who are online if you are out of energy and you can apply for a reimbursement with proper evidence.

Note that battle strategy and campaign strategy will change from war to war.

I need your suggestions to help me helping you helping us helping eIndia. It's just a game. But we have to try to win the games we play. So I also would like to suggest other newbies to take up many such responsibilities to improve eIndia.
