This is not a 2 or 3 click game.
This game is about showing the coordination and unity like RL football and that’s why we suck in this game similar to RL Indian football team(atleast they are improving).
What can we do?
Well.. We should first start two different threads. One with all the active citizens to place the orders and one with all the politicians and military members of the country to decide about the war strategies, enemies, resources and timeline.
What are we?
We once were holding the entire eIndia for a long period. Now we are struggling even for 1 or 2 regions. We are satisfied with this. This game has some way to make small countries stronger which is nothing but holding more regions which will provide lot of resources.
What happens if eIndia holds lot of regions?
Well.. The market will go down. All products will become cheap. There will be more people producing resources and there will be a tuff competition to sell in the market which will really help new players come up (both in terms of buying and selling). Once new players can get enough resources for a daily living, they will start concentrating on gaining gold (which in turn helps to gain strength) faster. The Job market will go up. Foreigners will start working for India.
What do I mean by strategies?
Well.. eIndia is not weak. The only problem is that we don’t fight together. We fight when we login which is the worst mistake we ever do. We should start RW at a regular time! (Say 7PM). We should fight at common battle timings. (Say first 10 minutes + last 20 minutes + combat order for some mid 15 minutes) in each battle. Division 3 and 1 should fight in odd battles and division 2 and 4 should fight in even battles. By keeping such strategies secretly and changing these kind of strategies then and there will surely help us win a lot of Resistance wars. With the active citizens and the power we have, we can hold at least 6 regions at any time (I hope).
It’s not about the BH medals!
Of course including me am fighting for BH medals till now. But if we want to start and win more RWs, we have to unite. Winning an RW gains 10 gold to most people (TP and FF kills). We should be ready to sacrifice our 2 gold for Indian citizen’s nx10 gold. If we have this trust among us, we can grow together and grow strong. This is not a cricket like of game to show individual skills. Even the current mission involves team-work challenges.
Stop depending on luck and foreigners’ hits:
Well, we won one of the recent battles against Argentina where 90% of damage is done by foreigners. We can’t expect it in all battles. They fought for us because they were located in Argentina. They didn’t want to waste money on traveling, still they wanted to go for some missions/medals or complete some weekly challenge. We should even plan the expected foreign damage beforehand.

i welcome whoever is ready to a better job. but in my experience, the enthusiasm and passion fades once anyone taking up the job encounters frustration. i somehow dont get frustrated with failures, i push on. so i am keeping the seat of MoD warm for anyone who is ready to take on the world. i will emphasise here that i am not in the least bit offended by anyone's criticism(i actually encourage it) and i hope my views dont offend anyone(i apologize sincerely if they do). i am just waiting for everyone to walk the talk.

Div4 people can take good decisions for war strategy as they have fought lot of wars. The small tasks should be split even. Once all the tasks are found(a Div4 guy should take this responsibility), just let the congress men to choose one of those tasks. Everyone must choose one of the task. During the next election, the application of the congress man should be rejected when he fails to do his task.

Well, this game (like life too) is not in black or white (or 0 and 1).
Some would say this game is for having fun, others hang around here to talk with some old friends, some (the most wierd one's) like to write (like you do now) and read, to debate thoughts and ideas (that for they will not follow the rule you described).
I mean, the big majority of the players did not play this game to obey some rational rules (in fact some ignore all the rules). Also, here you have no tools to "force" them to obey some rules.
Only kind of actions that will succed are those to who players join freely and gladely.
Take for example a trip made with friends (without the knowledge of parents), having some exciting action to do, some forrbiden eventually, some new experiances, etc
^ This is what really missing from eIndia 😉, not the development of more rules 😃
