In a feat only accomplishable by true gods and geniuses, our Dear Leader Drago has secured our glorious nation a Mutual Protection Pact with the eUSA.

After many days of negotiations, Dear Leader and his associates have been able to acquire the MPP despite eUSA's concerns regarding our treacherous ex-Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army, Shafer.

This act will allow us to train our great people into a fighting force to be reckoned with, and when the time comes we will be ready to reunify the once great nation of Korea.

North Korea's democratically elected Congress are voting unanimously in favour of this most glorious of acts.
