A polarized World? I thought not. The TWO side is overwhelming the remainings.

世界程兩極化？
CoT vs TWO？eUSA vs eSerbia？沒錯，今周國際形勢較以前更為兩極，兩大陣營各自盟國間外交政策變得更為緊密。而戰事主要圍繞USA及Serbia，先有CoT一眾圍剿eSerbia至其只剩六資源，後有TWO七國瓜分eUSA本土，美國名副其實被打到七彩。其他小國/中立國也多因其TWO/CoT鄰國的新仇舊恨，分別親近CoT/TWO. 盡管如此, 我並不完全同意世界程兩極化，因為國際情勢是一面倒向TWO。
早前eSerbia被六資源不過不足48小時，而eUSA如今景況則很可能維持一段時間。再參考兩大集團總傷害輸出差距巨大，CoT方短期內根本無力回天，說它返魂乏術也實不為過。

同時，值得注意，中立國(無論親那一方)一般盡力避免與TWO發生直接衝突，並努力維持最低限度的外交關係，卻敢於與CoT正面交鋒，存在欺善怕惡的心態。

What are the remaining parts of the World doing?



1. eChina's MPPs, except eCroatia, are acting towards TWO.
中國的MPP盟友除克羅地亞外，均靠向TWO。

2. eROC stands alongside, but not attached to, TWO.
eROC與TWO核心成員的關係不錯，但不及其他成員國之間的間係，或許顯示她們之間的間係，很大程度上只建基於與eUSA的共敵關係。

3. eCroatia has one goal, acts against eSerbia.
與eROC狀況近似，eCroatia與CoT的優良關係，應很大程度上建基於與eSerbia的共敵關係。



4. eSpain dipomatic policy shows some degree of independency.
西班牙的外交政策沒有緊密跟隨TWO的外交政策。

5. eArgentina, eBrazil and eTurkey focused on local/ regional affairs.
阿根廷、巴西、土耳其仍專注於地區事務。
數據上看來親CoT的eBrazil與eChile站在同一方對抗eArgentina。
eTurkey內政則如RL中同樣陷入混亂，對外主要與周邊國家開戰。

6. eAU and eNZ both joined TWO.
澳紐兩國雙雙加入TWO。

7. eGreece joined TWO in response to the conflict with eMKD of CoT.
希臘加入TWO以對抗馬其頓。
