Then we would propose a better deal (when they would be really down in their war with few regions) and since they already know that are willing to keep bothering them then they would give us 2 or maybe 3 regions. We could even become allies with Argentina.

What makes me think that? Maybe because we already made the exact same move once before and they kept their word and gave us our promised region.
Also they pay us back the taxes for our occupied regions, so i think we can trust them a bit... at least more than we should trust Juve Leo and his PTO friends!

Yeah, that would work for one or maybe even two months. I could get allies against Arg to keep us afloat for that time!
But after that time, we would run out of money and the war with Chile would surely end too. And what will happen then? We wouldn't get a deal anymore and we would be wiped for many months!

It seems like you don't realise how small this country is, compared to Argentina. Getting more people wouldn't help until we would get like at least 400 or 500 high active players. The taxes we would get, are jost a drop compared to what we would need. Same for the congress gold.
