You've probably heard me bawwwing about it, but 4 months ago, someone hacked my org and stole basically everything from me. About a thousand gold in companies, currencies, and gold. My e-life's savings. My good Serbfriend Mladen Mrkic wrote a lovely article in my support back in eNZ at the time. I submitted a ticket as soon as I find out, I pestered and badgered them for a response, and I waited.
Well friends, today the matter has come to a conclusion!

you need to be a gold player to get dedicated customer service, so you should decide whether the €750 to get to gold would be worth it. Otherwise, you will be ignored until it is too late to do anything.

I recently leveled up to level 17. I was told I had recieved 5 gold but I never got it. You can check my gold receiving records or whatever, I'm sure.
