Ceasefire Announced. Official Norwegian Decree.

After hours of talks between Norway, Finland, and Russia we have reached the conclusion of a temporary 48 hour ceasefire. I and my staff have receive reasonable evidence that Russia is not seeking PEACE affiliation and is willing to return to proper negotiations for the territory in question.

Russian administrators have made small revisions to the areas of concern in their initial contract for independence. A vote over the contract is being put before the Norwegian Congress at once. The Congress will use the next 48 hours to make adequate review of the contract and determine its support for the liberation.

Terms of the Ceasefire:
*Contract be put to a vote within the Norwegian Congress
*Both sides declare official ceasefire following negotiations.
*Wall is to be kept between 60 000 and 90 000 hp for the duration of the ceasefire.
*All soldiers stationed in the country are kindly asked to keep the wall within those levels.
*Should Congress accept this contract, the ceasefire will lift and soldiers seeking battle training will be encouraged to join the force to destroy the wall, and liberate the region in dispute.
*Should the measure not pass the congress, both sides will resume fighting and negotiations that the Congress finds more suitable will have to be made following the war.

I will be keeping everyone informed in the media in the near future of any changes.

Any questions regarding the proceedings of the ceasefire agreement should be direct to myself, my Minister of National Security in attendance Anders., my Vice President kir, or myself. I will try to answer all queries in as timely a fashion as possible.

Tras horas de conversaciones entre Noruega, Finlandia y Rusia hemos llegado a la conclusion de establecer un "alto el fuego" de 48 horas. Yo y mi equipo hemos recibido pruebas razonables de que Rusia no esta buscando entrar en PEACE y esta dispuesto a volver a las negociaciones por los territorios en cuestion.

Administradores rusos han hecho pequeñas modificaciones de lo que concierne al contrato inicial de independencia. Una votacion sobre el contrato se esta poniendo en marcha en el congreso noruego ahora mismo. El congreso usara estas 48 horas para revisarlo adecuadamente y decidir si apoyarlo.

Condiciones del Alto el fuego:

*Someter a votacion el contrato en el congreso noruego.
*Ambos bandos declaran el alto el fuego debido a las negociaciones.
*El muro se mantendra entre 60.000 y 90.000 puntos durante el alto el fuego.
*Todos los soldados que se encuentran en la zona seran amablemente solicitados para mantener esos niveles.
*Si el congreso aprueba el contrato, el alto el fuego se levantara y los soldados en busca de practica en el campo de batalla seran animados a unirse a las fuerzas para destruir el muro y liberar la region en cuestion.
*Si la medida no pasa el congreso ambos bandos retomaran la lucha y las negociaciones que el congreso quiera entablar seran despues del conflicto.

Se informara en la prensa pronto de cualquier cambio que haya.

Cualquier pregunta referente al procedimiento del alto el fuego deben dirigirse directamente a mi, mi ministro de seguridad nacional, Anders., mi vicepresidente, Kir. Intentare responder a todas las preguntas cuanto antes.
