THA: seeking for new Leaders

After the initial proposal for the creation of Military Orders, to see if it is really a good idea we need to evaluate the leadership, ability and initiative of everybody willing to become a new Leader.
And I would like to start from some very simple questions that do not need a definitive answer but it is just to gather together more ideas.
Whoever is willing to become a new Leader, please answer those questions and send a PM to Theocratic Holy Army (feel free to write also a comment on the article):
What will be the name of your Military Order/Lodge?
What will be your title?
What will be the title of the Members of your Community?
Will you lead alone, or you will have one/more partner(s)?
What will be the common factor between the Members of your Community?
Do you think you are able to recruit more players?
Do you want a newpaper?
Will you create a forum?
Do you have in mind any motto?
Do you have in mind any flag?
How many Members would you like to lead?
What initiatives will you propose in short term?
And here it come the questions that show how your Order will integrate with the THA:
In your opinion, what should be the routine communications between your Orders and THA?
In your opinion, the Order is a passive component waiting for commands from THA, or it should push ideas/news/suggestions/strategies to THA?
In your opinion, the National Welfare should continue work for the wellness of all the TNoS, or any Order may have its autonomy on that matter?
In your opinion, the weapons supply should stay the same or it needs to be changed? (keep in mind that Members wont be grouped anymore according to their strength/rank)
If weapons supply wont be the same, do you have any suggestion for an efficient implementation?
Any other proposal/suggestion?

Every Military Order/Lodge can choose his name. After the request of creation, I will be happy to send gold for the creation of one ORG and newspaper.
"What will be your title?"
I want to create an Italian division of THA. Why that? because it's easer for us communicate in Italian: for orders and for fun.

Maybe RAMBO LOL, but GODS it's better 😃

Of course there will be also an italian translation.
