Dual Citizenship: The Key Ingredient? (Sussudio Entry)

You know, the other day I was planning to gain another citizenship when I realized that I could apparently only have one. It was very depressing for me. So I started thinking... why can’t we be allowed to get multiple citizenship's, like how someone from the States can get dual citizenship for their country and Canada (in the real world of course). Not only would it help spread positive feelings between the Nations (the type that make you want to smile and laugh and adopt cute puppies), but it’ll allow citizens who’re on a trip to still be able to go home and be with their country. If your original country is not allied with the country you have a new citizenship with, you would be able to fight for them!
...without paying.
Another great reason for there to be dual citizenship on eRepublik is that we’d be able to participate in each other’s events. If we have dual citizenship, the eNations would be more unified, and maybe instead of fighting (which some of you enjoy too much), we can spend our time planning how to let the peace continue. Wouldn’t that be nice?

Well, if I didn’t convince you, think of it this way. There'll be so many more openings for work as well, with the new spies we'll need. Think about how much you’ll get paid on top of your normal salary. Yes yes, I know, I’m a genius. Just remember where your loyalties lie though, because Canada does not tolerate treason. We’d hate to have to terminate you after all you’ve done for us...

I just assumed dual citizenship in eRep meant having multiple accounts in different countries.

I think this is a great idea...
You could make receiving a citizenship have levels of requirement that benefit both the eNation and that greedy Plato character... ie-
Requirements:
1 - Contribute XX amount of damage to desired countries cause. Must be done while residing in a province controlled by that country. (allied battles do not count)
2 - Application submitted to the country for congress approval (same process as immigration)
3 - Purchase a ticket (similar to moving ticket) but costs gold and goes to Plato
1. I think it should also depend on your level. I mean, achieving 3 million in damage is very different levels of difficult for a Div. IV and a Div. I, if you know what I mean. You need to prove it. No leaving the country if you want citizenship.
Div. I: 3 million in damage for the country
Div. II: 6 million in damage for the country
Div. III: 9 million in damage for the country
Div. IV: 20 million in damage for the country :I

I think this might work out better:
Div I: 10,000,000
Div II: 25,000,000
Div III: 50,000,000
Div IV: 100,000,000
At your suggested rates, the applicant wouldn't have to work for it... I can drop 20million on 3 battles right now and I'm only div2.. I think it should be something earned, hence these higher numbers.

Sorry, I'm really bad with the levels and how much each person can do. I was thinking more for a noob in Div. I, since that would take them a while.
The rest of the Divisions- no idea. They could do 5,000,000,000 easy, and I'd be none the wiser.
