Welcome to the Ministry of Domestic Affairs, headed by me, Invalidation. I hope that I can entertain some of you guys this month, while also energising you to take part in making eSweden great!
As you can see I am trying out a new template for this paper, I hope you like it and find it useful. Any suggestions on how to improve the ministry or the paper are greatly appreciated!


The Lost Royals Dilemma: updates!

The Black Prince returns

Its been long enough already, the Black Prince thought to himself. In the midst of this Lost Royal line dilemma and the exiled king of the eUK attempting to steal the Swedish crown, the true heir to Sweden had remained hidden but not quiet.
However, it had been long enough, there were only 2 days until the corrupt clergy, fat with gold from bribes crown a new monarch with complete disregard for the strongest ties, the ties of blood. Now the time had come for the lost bloodline to re-emerge from the ashes of the houses power-hungry vultures, who wish only to claim their share of the desecrated corpse he once prestigious court.



So today, the Black Prince returns and forms his Great House, Elendil. He wields the power of his word and a wholly militant approach to claiming the throne! He threatens to destroy the clergy, who hold the authority to coronate the new monarch. The Great House of Elendil believe that authority comes from blood and that power comes from the people. Should they take power, perhaps the holy men will be expelled from the eSwedish Royal Court forever!

The heads of the Great Houses of eSweden have been growing fast!
The 3 Great Houses have been at work taking part in forum games and filling up the Swedish media, so far Vasa has maintained its the lead, but has been weakened by Jegarmister appearing as the Black Prince with his own house! Holstein-Gottorp have gained a lot of ground, and work well as a team. Marcurah is all alone, but is making a respectable impact on the competition.
The competition for the crown still wide open, it will probably be decided by alliances between the houses, particularly against Vasa. A bit of co-ordinated recruiting for eSweden on external forums, popular articles, or a couple of battle hero medals could make a huge impact right now!

Join one of the Great Houses (now including Elendil!) and you will add 2 strength to your claim, you can also try and sway the head to back who you want to be the new King of eSweden! We have launched IRC channels for each of the houses, contact the head of your house to find out about it. Subforums have also been created for each of the Great Houses, the Lost Royals even has a forum within forum games and the houses are within this. Contact your house leader for your private access!
I hope to see a lot of you continue taking part in this event, to make your house the greatest of them all!

Remember, you don't have to be eSwedish to take part, - the only difference is that you won't get your share of the prize fund (though perhaps I will fund your prize from my pocket 😁)!

Here you can keep track of how strong your claim is, which houses are performing best and how much you stand to get from the prize fund! So far we have had a steady amount of continued participation, primarily in the release of articles and in forum games. I hope the momentum increases in the last few days before the coronation, the rewards are great and you can gain them with as much or little effort as you like and still be a part of this!

Forum Games
'The Murder Train' has began and 2 people have been murdered already! Poor Invalidation was killed even before the game really started, and the perpetrators have not been caught yet. However, in the first day the passengers elected an Arbiter to head trials to find the trial by jury - because democracy is always right!
In the first day, Simcon has found dead and the only witness heard only sounds from inside the toilet, where the murderers had blocked him in with loose luggage! Its looks like Simcon went down fighting, and all the passengers (except a couple who've yet to vote) have been voting who they think it was. More dastardly deeds are set to happen at the turn of the day, and perhaps once the crazy train journey is over, everyone will find a use for the map sections they've seen!
Afboss also needs to control his drinking, what a waster 😛

The Viking Raid of UK
Another forum game has launched, you have to make some decisions about building your longship and raiding party to loot monasteries or towns in UK, time is of the essence because if someone gets to your target faster there will be less loot and possibly more guards!
