First this is not a official act of Japanese goverment-this is mine plan,and no one is helping me in it.

In which bear and eagle are ready to start a war for Russias independence. As you may now Argentinians are attacking Russia . We do not know what they want in Siberia-but it is possible that they will wipe out vodka-lovers 😃 So Usa create a plan .
Acording to this plan explained in letter Russia will vote NE on Usa and attacks Alaska(or Hokkaido). Bear will deliberately lost that battle and give Murika initiative.Then they will capture several regions and be the wall in front of Argentinians. Some RW and Russia is safe. Only 3 h left to the end of voting for NE.
