[PotUS] Support for Russia

The United States of America and Russia have shared fraternal bonds with eachother, as symbolised by the Bear and Eagle agreement that we have shared since Cerb's Presidency.

As a country, we’ve always taken a key interest in protecting Russian interests and Russia has always been there for us. To watch Argentina propose a natural enemy against one of our best allies, which will lead to an almost certain wipe for Russia, is something we can not stand by and tolerate. The United States has agreed with Russian consent to take some regions that we will be RWing strategically back to our brothers, to ensure that they have a Congress. Russia’s proposed Natural Enemy law against the USA is meant to pass, although they intend to lose in the Alaska battle and pass initiative to us.

It must be noted that this act is not an act of aggression towards Argentina. We are interested in the protection and ensuring Congress for our brothers in Russia, and this is a defensive move to achieve our goals.
