This Is America
Haliman
I just read Dru Blood’s last article which attacks two members of AMP leadership, Arthur Ward and Acacia Mason. Once again, I find it ridiculous that Dru is attacking both the USWP, and the AMP in the same article, when they are the biggest competitors on election day.
Arthur Ward has worked his butt off for the party. Since he was Communications Director, the party has jumped over 200 members. He has been an invaluable member of our team, and we’re not gonna exclude him just because someone asks us to.
As for Acacia Mason, I have not yet had the pleasure of working with for very long, but after his name was suggested for a deputy position by Ward, I supported it. Arthur knows what he is doing, and I believe in him and his decision to bring Mason on board.
Now, I have a personal stake in the Rolo/Canada situation. I was POTUS when he robbed their treasury. So I am aware of the threat Canada faces, and I sincerely hope the Canadians fight him and his PTO off.
But this is America. If we were supposed to face ever issue the Canadians face, we would all go to Canada. We have issues on the home front that we at the AMP are spearheading the effort to resolve. You, Dru, of all people, should know of my distaste for elitism as well. Would I really support a party that actively promotes it? I would be the first to admit if we have fallen in that pitfall.
”Here is a citizen who was virtually run out of his own homeland by fellow Canadians, given American citizenship (yet his Avatar border still proclaims him to be Canadian) and is now running for Congress in Arizona; all in the span of a few days.”
Oh my, you mean a former president that left their country kept a memento of said country when they left?
I hardly think avatars reflect the person.
Case and point.
”While many American born citizens are being denied the ability to run for Congress the top 2 parties run foreign born citizens, citizens who have done nothing in America to prove their loyalty while dumping monkey muffins on the country of their birth; while citizens of unquestioned loyalty and unrepentant pro-Americanism are kept out of Congress. .”
I think having this isolationist view of America will really limit our damage.I mean, just two days ago, iNCi did a whopping 100 million damage for us and our allies. A lot of the foreigners that are being let in are tanks, and QMGs that are flocking to America in droves for the 100/100 productivity bonus. Our damage output is increasing every day. These foreign MU’s and citizens that we are letting in will NOT harm the country. They are not coming with some hidden agenda. There is no conspiracy.
The people we are denying for congress are people we have deemed to be security threats, too inexperienced, or are spam files (multis, other party members, etc.) By inexperienced, I mean born in the last month.
”I certainly hope they will, but either way I must come out against both these citizens and recommend that Americans vote against Acacia Mason and Arthur Ward.”
They are running against Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, bin Laden and Sadaam.
My point is, you can’t just say “vote against xxx!” without knowing who they are running against. Sure, urge people to vote for someone else during the election. You’re free to make whatever endorsements you want. And I won’t stop you. But saying “just vote for whoever isn’t xxx” is not a wise decision.
”The USWP has put a British expatriate in the White House, now the AMP seeks to emulate them by putting Canadian expatriates in Congress; candidates who may or may not be as bad or worse than Rolo Tahmasee or General Cartmen Lee -GCL at least has never stolen a treasury.“
Lol, AMP isn’t trying to emulate the USWP. That’s the absolute last direction the party will be headed, in my opinion. We’ve been having fun competing on election day. If we really wanted to emulate them, we would just go over and join them.
Also, attacking a sitting president that is doing a damn fine job? Artela was eBritish.
Artela is eAmerican. And she’s done more damage during her time in America than you and I have done in our entire e-lives. Combined.
Also, her avatar is p hawt.

LAWYER DOG SAYS I HAVE A STRONG CASE FOR FRAUD!
voted, this is why im a fed, so im in a party thats away from the controversy but still has enough members to compete
Artela is a perfect person and it doesn't matter where does she come from, did good work and proved that she deserves to represent the U.S. as a president.
Well said. It's pretty sad when I can vote one of your articles Hali. 😛
That being said, USWP and AMP are nowhere near being the same party. When it comes to national security and getting candidates in place that we can trust, we have a pretty good track record with that. Canadians are leaving Canada because the playerbase there is as stupid as Dru Blood. Sadly, we cannot trade players.
ex-Canadian congressmen have time and time again followed our congressional code of conduct and been productive members of society. If Artela wanted to pull a Rolo, she could have done so by now. Just because a player comes to the US from a different nation doesn't mean they have anti-US interests. Most of the time, they are looking to leave a bad/drama-filled situation in their country of origin.

Well said Inwegen.

Come quel fummo ch’ivi ci coperse.
hmmm... the issue is simply - does the party ignore that a valuable member stole the whole of a country's treasury when he was their president. If the guy just admitted it and said "i've turned over a new leaf" , you have one kind of player and one kind of decision. If he replies with "not saying yes or no just prove it", you have another.
good one
Perhaps it is best for the party to look into it internally ... patience and responsibility are virtues.
Acacia is a great guy.
Wes Lewis is a wiener.

Oh, this wretched sunlit world, where any old eggcorn-formations might seem to be in point, it's damage, damn it, damage.

This is why I'm not in politics, I enjoy the controversy from the sidelines, but thoroughly enjoy spewing my opinions freely. BTW, Dru is OK, just rough around the edges. It takes awhile to figure out how this dipsy shit works.
Every time politics is discussed, somewhere a kitten cries.

There is in fact a reason why the SFP didn't ask for the AMP's help in the upcoming Congressional elections, despite the past good relations between our parties: Matthew 16:26
