RUSSIAN REGIONS KEPT BY HUNGARY AND INDONESIA
8-3=1
I read this article written by the Romanian ambassador in Ukraine.
http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-rus-the-eukrainian-case-study-useful-tips-for-erussia-947654/1/20
Basically the view of the Romanian ambassador in Ukraine is that Russia should try and recover the two regions held by Hungary (North Caucasus) and Indonesia (Western Siberia). While I agree with the idea that Russia should try to recover at no cost (war or pay) these two regions, the reasons why I believe this a good move for Russia is somehow different to the one in the article above.
We should not make a blind comparison between Ukraine and Russia situation.
First of all, at the time of Romanian TO in Ukraine, part of Ukraine politics was controlled by Hungarian. This is not (to my knowledge) the case in Russia. I don't see a TO possible in Russia, regardless whether it is tried by Romania or Hungary.
Second, Russia is a much bigger country than Ukraine (population, economy, military). Russia can have its own voice, that is why somehow I understand why Russians might not like the fact that Romanians are trying to discuss what Russians should do. But this means also that Russia can have its own voice in discussions with Hungary and Indonesia without any support from other countries. Uunfortunately Ukraine did not have this possibility.
Third, the outcome does not have to be the same. I fully understand Russia does not want to be an ally of Romania (for the time being or even longer) or does not want an MPP with Romania. Russia does not need such arrangements, Ukraine needed it otherwise they would have been attacked by Hungary. Russia can have its own strategy of achieving the goal of recovering two Russian regions, with or without MPPs with EDEN/FORTIS.
Now after we talked about differences, let's see the similarities to Ukraine situation.
Actually there is only one- from my perspective. Hungary and Indonesia are the two pillars of PEACE and while they talk about equality and peace their means of ensuring such outcome are not based on the freedom of expression. They like to keep their allies on a tight leash.
Ukraine was more of a Hungarian affair (Indonesia did not want to be involved). Hungary had direct access to Ukraine regions and could attack them anytime. It was obvious Ukraine wanted their regions back but never dared to challenge Hungary, as they FEARED. The Romanian TO and further strategic developments ensured there is no more fear in Ukraine. Romanians left and after them there is a stronger Ukraine, not a weaker one. There is a Ukraine who can now speak freely even with Hungary.
Russia is a bigger fish to fry for the two PEACE bosses. That is why each of them is holding one Russian region. Each of them can attack any time. Both regions were provided with hospital and defence Q5, which means that there is an intention to defend against any attack. Who can actually afford to attack these regions? Only Russia. All the defense was built to prevent a Russian attack. If you create fear, you also fear. The two warlords somehow fear what Russia might do and are trying to secure easy access to attack Russia while being able to defend these two regions.
Russia is living with two guns pointed at its head. Logically on one of them it should be written FORTIS and on the other one EDEN. Well things are not so logical in this case. It looks like on one gun it is written HUNGARY and on the other one INDONESIA. The guns will be fired immediately once Russia steps out of the way designed by the two pistoleers.

propaganda...boring...
nah,it is good as propaganda goes. Just not true, as propaganda usually goes. 😛
nice try again 🙂 usa regions kept by hungarian and russians too.. first take them back than you can talk here 🙂
Egyre jobbak ebben és lassan ellenünk fordítanak mindenkit. Ukrajnát is jó alaposan megdolgozták és most még ők köszönik meg amit tettek velük a románok. Oroszország a következő, miközben a mi diplomatáink, propagandistáink vakarják a vakarnivalót.
broáf
Propaganda...
de annak is gyenge, főleg, hogy már csak kaukázust kell visszaadnunk ami ugye folyamatban.
Nem is tudom, inkább nevetséges, mint szánalmas, vagy éppen fordítva?
That's a lame article with full of lies. You don't even know how to count🙂
Mr. Ambassador-who-is-very-weak-in-Math!
1. Its a very weak propaganda
2. As I know the plans about recover Caucasus to eRussia are ready and on the the way to complete - so this propaganda not just weak but partially useless
3. Anyway, its a very-very good joke, believe me
Have a nice day!
Wieros: you are a bit weak in your logic. If plans to give back Caucasus to Russia are under way, it means I am not the only one who thinks the way I did when I wrote the article. So this "propaganda" is the actual truth. Also, if one condition to give back Caucasus to Russia is something silly like "after conquest of Romania", then you don't make such a good plan 🙂
As to my math, guess what: I am right, it is just you can't work it out (any 6 year old can understand my avatar). Which means...well I can't say it because I don't want to offend you. Keep on calculating, one day you will understand 🙂
weak romanian propaganda
wish you guys could fight instead of spread bad smell around
How comes you call yourself "ambassador"?
I thought a colony does not need an ambassador when the so-called "president" is just a puppet.
Or do U call "ambassador" the guy, who has the gun behind the "president"?
@Ysoul (lousy): that bad smell will get you one day. You can count on it.
@montaigne: are you referring to Hungary? I am not an ambassador of Hungary. Lucky me.
false.
the truth he has spoken 🙂
romanian propaganda. Is it the task of an ambassador?
Mikrolog: I am Romanian ambassador in Russia. I have a duty towards Romania and Russia. I can see Russia is humiliated not by its enemies, but by its allies. It is my task to talk, so you can make things right one way or another.
