Hello again my lovely little brifags, and forigs.

I'm not quite dead yet, personal circumstance just means I can't get on IRC for very long periods of time. I am following things quite well and easily contactable ingame on forum or via skype. If you do need me, keep your eyes focussed on #eUK where I swing by at somewhat regular intervals during the day.

Obviously I'm not writing this to tell you how to contact me. Oh no, I have a much more glorious message to deliver.

It brings me much joy to announce the return of the Great British Pub Quiz

For those who don't know I was running a pub Quiz a month or so ago but had to stop due to UNFORESEEN POPULARITY draining my own personal funds and I found my self with little time left to do it. All manner of people participated, we arranged guest hosts and above all had a good laugh.

The rules are simple.

There will be four quizzes per tournament, with a special prize going to whichever team has the highest number of points at the end of each tournament. Prizes will also be given out at the end of each quiz for the highest scoring team of that game.

Each quiz will consist of 6 rounds, based both on real-life (predominantly) and also eRep. Each round will have 10 points worth of questions. Each quiz will have 5 bonus points rewarded for speed.

The maximum team size is 5 people, and each team much register with me prior to competing. If any members change only those registered on the score-sheet will be given prizes.

Foreign teams and teams based on any organisation outside of the eUK are permitted but will not be eligible for prizes as they are provided by the eUK government exclusively for it's citizens.

Quizzes will take part in #eWoldy on Rizon, and score sheets published after each quiz on the eUK forums.

Everyone loves quiz night, right?

Well getting involved is easy. Simply come over to IRC, and get on the forums where you will find our vibrant community in all it's glory. You may join for a pub quiz, but you'll stay for the people.

This initial involvement in our community could even spur you on to greater things. Maybe the winner of the next pub quiz could become next months COUNTRY PRESIDENT?!

Maybe.

However, the biggest reason is of course the prize!

I'm happy to announce that after a very brief period of negotiating (they made me an offer, I said yes) HM's Government is granting the Great British Pub Quiz the following prizes:

200 GBP per person for the winning team (each week) and 40 Q5 weapons per person to the overall winner of the tournament.

Sounds pretty cool, right.

Now you simply have to ask yourself, what's stopping you?
Come to the forums, come to IRC, and win yourself some money!

The first quiz will be taking place THIS SATURDAY (18th) at 9PM GMT. Please register your team via a forum PM ASAP.
