【外交部MOFA】过去半个月工作报告 Half month report (Apr 22 – May 5, 2010)

欧洲大战及黑龙江起义
Big war in Europe & Liberation of Heiliongjiang

e世界在过去半个月发生了很多战事，焦点均集中在e匈牙利境内、e中国东北部和Rho ne Alps的大战，以及伴随着这些大战而发生的牵制战。在这一连串的战事中，e中国跟E DEN及Brolliance进一步深化了军事合作，这是数月前继e克罗地亚强攻e斯 洛文尼亚以搭建亚洲大陆桥计划后，e中国跟EDEN展开的大规模军事合作。

There’re many battles happened around eWorld in past half month. The main focuses are in eHungary, northeast regions of eChina and Rhone Alps. There’re also series of minor battles aiming to drain enemies’ damage from main battles happening at the same time. During these battles, eChina developed closer military cooperation with EDEN and Brolliance. This is the large scale military cooperation between eChina and EDEN after eCroatia attacking eSlovenia to construct continental bridge to Asia a few months ago.



e中国在EDEN及Brolliance的强力支持下，成功解放了黑龙江，外交部因此 向这两个联盟的属国发出感谢信。

Being strongly supported by EDEN and Brolliance, Heiliongjiang was liberated successfully. MoFA sent appreciation letters to the members of EDEN and Brolliance to thank their effort.

e中国暂时未有加入EDEN和Brolliance计划，但国内相关讨论仍在进行中。

eChina does’nt have any plan to join EDEN and Brolliance so far but the local discussion is still undergoing.

日韩之战
War between eJapan and eSouth Korea

邻国e日本和e南韩最近开战，两国和e中国在过去都保持了非常良好的关系，所以e中国 在此战中并没有既定立场，保持中立。

Our neighbours eJapan and eSouth Korea started their war recently. Because both countries maintained a very good relationship with eChina for a long time, eChina doesn’t have any opinion about this war and thus keeps neutral.

Jin-Jang遇刺身亡
Jin-Jang was assassinated

副部长Jin-Jang在e北韩进行外交工作时遇刺身亡，外交部对事件感到震惊及惋惜。

Jin-Jang, deputy minister, was assassinated, during his visit in eNorth Korea. Ministry of Foreign Affairs feels shocked and sad about this inccidence.

招募人手

最后又是招募时间，总统选举过去，内阁成员尘埃落定，外交部有是时候需要增聘人手应付 工作，现诚意招募各位有志投身外交事务的同志加入我们。

外交大使要求：
- 喜欢跟海外玩家打交道
- 主动、活跃、外向、自发性强
- 有一定英语读写水平，懂其他外语更佳
- 拥有自己的报纸
- 最好能懂得基本IRC操作（不是必需）

工作范围：
- 留意其他国家新闻
- 在国内外发布新闻，内容可以是帮助两国资讯交流、表示友好
- 定期联络海外玩家，可以是游戏内PM，或者是参与游戏外的IRC或论坛讨论等
- 自发进行其他能提升e中国形象和自己在海外的知名度的行动
- 定期向部长汇报工作进度
