【外交部MOFA】过去半个月工作报告 Half month report (Apr 6 - Apr 21, 2010)

自从上次总统大选，不经不觉就过了半个月，是时候报告一下外交部的工作情况。

Time passes quickly since the last president election 2 weeks ago. It’s time to report what Ministry of Foreign Affairs has done in past 2 weeks.

部长Minster: Xenon Ng
负责responsible for eMalaysia/ ePhilippines / eSingapore

自然不少得向其他国家问好的基本动作，部长Xenon Ng在一星期前在4天内进行了亚洲7国的访问：

It’s a usual practice to publish greeting articles in other countries. Xenon Ng, the minster visited 7 Asian countries in 4 days a week ago.

本人结束为期4天的亚洲7国访问 / I finished the visit of 7 Asian countries in past 4 days

7个国家包括e澳洲、e日本、e菲律宾、e马来西亚、e新加坡、e泰国和e印度。

Those 7 countries are eAustralia, eJapan, ePhilippines, eMalaysia, eSingapore, eThailand and eIndia.



Xenon Ng亦同时兼任e中国的Sol外交代表，最近出席了一次Sol会谈。其余时间则集中在 处理东南亚外交事务上。

Xenon Ng is also the representative of eChina to Sol and he attended Sol meeting once. In rest of the time, he focuses on diplomacy affairs in Southeast Asia.

副部长Deputy minister: Jin-Jang
负责responsible for eCroatia/ ePoland/ eNorth Korea

副部长Jin-Jang除了他本身负责的e克罗地亚外，感谢他这届开始兼任e波兰和e北韩的外交大使。他最近半个月的外交文章回顾：

Jin-Jang, the deputy minister, started to handle ePoland and eNorth Korea apart from eCroatia this month. Review of his articles written in last half month:

He recently obtained citizenship of eNorth Korea and actively involves in local affairs. The relationship between eChina and eNorth Korea is likely to be closer.

大使Ambassador: Chaurora
负责responsible for eThailand

Chaurora是e中国的军方名人，不用太多介绍，本身亦在e泰国做事，对两国事务均很非常熟悉，大家可以看看他的报纸是多么受欢迎。

Chaurora is a famous person in eChina army. I think I don’t need to introduce much. He also works for eThailand at the same time so he is familiar with both eChina and eThailand. You may read his newspapers to see how popular he is.

大使Ambassador: momochi
负责responsible for eJapan

momochi将回到e日本生活，她可能会为e日本的外交部长Reiji Mitsurugi办事，但鉴于她对连系两国的重要性，保留了她e中国的 外交大使身份。

momochi will go back to eJapan and work closely with Reiji Mitsurugi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of eJapan. Because she is important for linking up 2 countries, her ambassador title in eChina is reserved at this moment.

招募人手

最后又是招募时间，由于人员流失情况严重，你会看到我们还未在一些重要的国家安排外交 大使，这些国家包括 eUS、eRomania等，故此外交部需要增聘人手应付工作，现诚意招募各位有志投 身外交事务的同志加入我们。

外交大使要求：
- 喜欢跟海外玩家打交道
- 主动、活跃、外向、自发性强
- 有一定英语读写水平，懂其他外语更佳
- 拥有自己的报纸
- 最好能懂得基本IRC操作（不是必需）

工作范围：
- 留意其他国家新闻
- 在国内外发布新闻，内容可以是帮助两国资讯交流、表示友好
- 定期联络海外玩家，可以是游戏内PM，或者是参与游戏外的IRC或论坛讨论等
- 自发进行其他能提升e中国形象和自己在海外的知名度的行动
- 定期向部长汇报工作进度（下一次汇报将会在4月尾）
