[MK] Monopoly Presidential Cabinet and Final Statement

Day 1,200, 20:09 Published in Philippines Japan by Myung Kei

Your text to link here...

Today is the last day for me to appeal to you, (yes you) to persuade you to vote for me for President. Of course, I could fill this article with a bunch of skankly under dressed female models posing on seaside tracts of land, but how stereotypical would that be?

....

Okay, it would be awesome...but today's article is about a very serious topic, and that is the final announcement of the cabinet I hope to help lead ePh to a much brighter future over the coming month. A cabinet is a necessity for a president, one could not hope to even begin to multitask with so many issues to store and to process at a time. Cabinets are a wonderful invention that bring together good minds and sound principles. That, and the president always needs someone to blame when things go bad....just kidding! 😛

An executive should never move into the Presidential Palace without one

Cabinet Picks

Vice President: Ernir

Ernir (the personality formally known as Shnipe) is consistently popping in and out of the IRC channel, and I consider him as a "Down to Earth" kinda guy. He and I disagree sometimes on personality in delivering the message, but I think he can get it done none the less. Plus, if Keegan seeks to tattle tale on him, I will be the first to know. 😉

Economic Reform Council: Hekter, PigInZen, and Revilo X (Possibly Others, Nikko_33?)

If anyone in the ePhilippines viewed our media recently, they would conclude that the people most pushing for some type of economic reforms are Hekter and PigInZen, with eSocialism, to government corporations, to everywhere on the rainbow. This month I want to look into these ideas and try to counter the effects of inflation, higher prices, and the lack of a high quality food market through spontaneous ideas and new thought. Plato has really changed the dynamic of the game, and the rapid devaluation of national currencies through the meddling of the admins has sent a rather defining shock in our country. As president one of my focuses is to submit ideas to Congress for approval this term to deal with our economic situation.

Hekter of course, is a whiz with the numbers (he and I are math nerdz) and PigInZen's interesting article over prices and production in ePH was a fresh look at our economy, and he offered some new imput into a previously very black and white dynamic. Revilo X, of course, could "accidentally the whole economy" if he wanted to, and being one of the lead tycoons of ePH, any sort of impute would be nice.

Minister of Defense: Niall H

Niall is all like "WAR WAR WAR" and I was like "O Rly?" and he was like "Yarly" and then I said "O Rly?" and then he said "Yes....really". As a war kinda guy, its kinda suitable for him to spearhead the reformation of the Defense Department and utilize the changes such as the military units. As a person, I think Niall has the skills and knowledge to advise me to the right time to press the giant red button and to have the dedication to see it through. Plus, its nice to always have a war-hawk lying around somewhere in your cabinet.

-Defense Reform Committee: Niall H, Angelini, Aren Perry

To take full advantage of the military reforms, these people have a combination that is just outstanding, like various chocolate desserts, or one of those salads people actually eat every once in a while. Niall's got the dedication, Angelini brings experience from the eUSA, and AP has been the head of the DoD for the past month...so he has a good idea of the present situation.

Its big and shiny, and pressing it is fun!

Minister of Finance: Same person its always been...move along ( 😛 ) a.k.a Negosyo Sa Tao

But no seriously, Negosyo has and continues to do a great job, the most recent of his articles is some testimony to his financial wizardry that enchants ePh.

Department of Home Affairs: Revilo X

No denial from me here, Revilo has been doing a great job in this department, and all the previous presidents can testify to his hard work in managing and administering this department. Home Affairs has indeed, been kept quite "homey".

Overseas Attaché: Jelly9473

Jelly is perhaps the most informed and integrated person in and out of ePh I know. With contacts in Asia, the eUS, and across the globe in general..he is always a good source to talk to. Although he will kinda serve abroad, he has the capacity to dump piles of information on me as well as serve as a pesudo-MoFA to other countries. He is a trustworthy and dedicated individual, shown his loyalty to ePh, and we have been good personal friends for a very long time. Proof? His several terms as ePh's president.

I think with him carefully watching the speed and myself steering at the helm, we can guide ePH to a successful MPP with another country. The fund set aside last time was a terrific idea, and hopefully with the addition of some new old friends into the mix, like China, we can find a successful war that ePh citizens may enjoy.

Presidential Advisor: Hekter, KeeganKnoll

Tl😉r they have been here forever, and they can show me how to arrange the furniture and act in the office of the president to the best of my abilities.

Minister of Merriment: Ministry of Merriment

Poke. Poke. Poke. Hope it's still alive.

Minister of yelling "SABAHHHHHHH!!!!" and other variants: Yujn

Simply because he asked for it. 😛

Hope to move in here.

Final Thoughts

I just wanted to say that at this point, the election is anyone's game, and I enjoyed all the laid-back attitudes and comments everyone has placed in not only my campaign, but in Niall's and Aren's as well. I just wanted to say how grateful I am to be able to run for president in the first place, it has been a blast!

Being Speaker/Deputy Speaker of the House gave me quite alot of experience with matters inside and outside congress. And I hope that my service inside our democratically elected legislature adds the know how and the decision making processes can be of service while in office.

As for my goals, I want to restate the things that I think will set ePh on the right track for the next few months: A Stable Economy, a Reformed Military, a Training War, and Joking around and "chillaxing" out in the sun. With the record I present and these fresh ideas, I could be the next president of ePH.

Together, with my term as the head of the nation, and with your service to our country in so many beneficial ways: militarily, economically, politically, and journalistically...we can build upon an ePhilippines that is stronger and may withstand the tests of whatever the eFuture throws at us.

So Remember: Secure the future of the ePhilippines, put it under Lock and KEI! (And I have cookies)

Sincerely,

-MK
