Worn out and tired.

Day 2,891, 13:17 Published in Ireland Chile by Ian Passmore

This is something i posted as a comment in another article but thought it might be worth its own post.

I'm not about a great deal these days but i used to be considerably more active. One of the things that has prevented me from coming back and taking part in a game that i have invested a substantial amount of time and RL money into in the past is the fact that every time i read an article in the news or the comment section within (and i mean literally every. single. fucking. article) it is just populated by petty squabbling and infighting. How do we think that looks to new players of the game? When the only thing they ever see is our supposed political leadership throwing shit at each other like a group of rabid monkeys in a zoo?
As some of you may recall i'm originally from the eUK and was accepted into this little community as a citizen when the eUK made a decision i disagreed with massively and attempted to take over eEire. Some people thought i might be a member of a PTO group attempting to take over the country but i was given an opportunity and in time i like to think made myself a valued member of what was once a close-knit, friendly and welcoming group of players. Before we allowed this continual toxic bulls**t to drag us all down into the muck.

In closing could we all maybe just try not to be such massive pr**s to one another and work together?
