Comparative study of the mortality rate to 100 days for the period August and September 2014, between France and the United States.

In August 2014, the US rely 20.70% type of accidental deaths. As a reminder, this rate relates account was banned permanently therefore under administrative action. In France, the rate was 4,88%. In other words, there were 4 times more players banned in France in equal proportions. Our research has led us to note that in this country, certain entries are made to the chain and thus banished to the chain. Either we are dealing with robots (spam) or coarse attempts to create multi-accounts. Finally, the growth rate for August stood at 1,29%, or 15 surviving babies births in 1164, while in France it was 1,77%.
For the month of September, the rate of accidental deaths in the US reached 9,52% , perhaps a return to normal. In France it dropped to 3,18% at the same time. The brain death rate remains relatively constant in both countries (16,98% in France), it is mostly natural and accidental deaths, which vary depending on one another. As for the 1,97% growth rate, it is ironed to that of France remained in 1,27%.

Conclusion
Aside from the differences in the natural and accidental death rates in the two countries, nothing indicates that the policy of one is better than the other. Only a study over time can give us a reliable indicator.

A question though, how do you define brain death versus natural death? I see that accidental death = death due to admin intervention, but what of the other two?

Really shows that we're not doing enough to keep new citizens around, as most deaths are by new citizens.

Not at the moment. See start looking perhaps.
well if you look at the experience point requirements per level.
19 to 20 requires a change of 50 experience. 20 to 21 requires a change of 500 experience.
level 18 is at 410 xp
level 19is at 450 xp
level 20 is 500 xp
level 21 is 1000 xp
so if players died proportional to experience earned. of all the players less than 21. half die at level 20.
and level 21 is really the last of the exciting incentives to get from leveling. so maybe most players enter the train and hold at level 20 and then walk away from the game.
