Party Presidential Elections are upon us again! Many of you had questions and I took the time to answer those, hopefully to your satisfaction. I look forward to one more month as PP to finish the projects I have started and lead the Feds into a new era!

Why should & shouldn't you be PP?

I should be PP because this party deserves an energetic leader who is motivated to advancing our party both internally and nationally. I have the energy. I have the drive. I have the will to make these things happen.
In your opinion, what is a Federalist? What differentiates us from other parties? What our some of our strengths and areas of improvement? What is your plan to leverage both?

What is a Federalist? This isn’t originally mine, but I think this pretty much sums up how I feel:


The Party Credo

As Federalists:

We believe that our country comes before our party, and our party comes before ourselves. A Federalist will place the nation's interest above their own.

We believe that a person's work ethic and ability should be the primary factor in consideration for party positions and congressional candidates. A Federalist believes in giving players an opportunity to serve based on their merits and not how long they have played the game.

We believe in honesty and transparency, whenever possible the Federalist Party will decide business in public venues. A Federalist will not lie and if a mistake is made will openly come forward and admit it.

We believe in a higher moral calling, and as a party we will strive to do what is right and not what everyone else is doing. A Federalist does not cheat or steal, and plays the game as it is meant to be played. If trusted with a national or party leadership position a Federalist will discharge their office with impeccable moral character.

We believe in continuing education, party members will strive to educate themselves to be the best citizen they can be. A Federalist will work to share their knowledge of the military, political and economic modules with other party members to help them excel.

We believe in diversity of ideas, as a party we may not always agree on issues, but we will be respectful of each others opinions and debate issues based on the merits of the cause. A Federalist will maintain a civil dialogue even when they disagree with someone.

We remember this is a game, with the objective to have fun, whether you play for 15 minutes or fifteen hours, a Federalist will remember that real life comes first and not to take anything too seriously.

We are Proud Horny to be Federalist and Americans.

All those items make us uniquely Federalist. We are the most big-picture, realistic party out there. And that doesn’t even mention how active our membership is, as a whole.

One of our greatest strengths is that we do a great job of welcoming and coaching new players! We recruit new players actively in the hopes that the next great player is somebody who started yesterday and we do it tirelessly.

That great strength of our has given us a kind of stigma in the National spotlight that has caused to not necessarily be taken as seriously as we should. We are considered, generally to be an introverted and internally oriented party. And we traditionally, have not been terribly active in national government, obvious exceptions exist).

This last month, I have worked hard to put Federalists in positions where they can become a part of National Politics and dispel those ideas that Federalists are strictly recruiters who cater only to new players with the idea that those new people will only serve the party. We are ALL eAmericans and Federalists must participate at the national level as well as at the party level.
How would you go about working with other partys?

This is something that was part of my platform for improvement last month. I am happy to report it was a great success and I would like to continue on that path. The parties all came together to stop a PTO effort by one of our National enemies and since then, there has been open conversation between all PPs and party leaders almost daily on IRC. It has made for a much friendlier, yet still competitive, environment than what existed before. I look forward to continuing that.

What is your main goal this month?

Mainly my goal is to continue my agenda from last month and improve in those places that were put on hold due to our forum implosion. Media is still at the forefront. Recruitment and Retention efforts must continue at a high pace. Making the Federalists a formidable National Force that gets the respect it deserves from all eAmericans is also a continuing goal. I had set a high bar last month and was able to accomplish much, but the work is not done.
Were these questions ever answered?

Yes Franco. Yes they were. 😛
It is the second month of 2012, and we are still doing amazing things as a party. What things do you think still need done? Where is improvement needed? Are you ready for this??

The forums are still under serious construction. Cromstar, Sozo and Talio have been spending many many hours working behind the scenes to get it up and comfortable for all of us. But there is much more to be done to make it more user-friendly and readable. One of the Fed’s greatest assets has been it’s forum and we cannot lose sight of the fact that it needs to remain that way, despite the new web address and format.

Media is still in it’s infancy. It still needs to be established as a regular event that party members use religiously for information and entertainment. More people involved in this would help greatly and that can happen.

Fostering more forum usage is always on the agenda. Nobody can force anyone to post often in the forum, but as a member of the Federalists, it should be the very least anyone can do to post once in a while to contribute the community and at least let us know you are still around. 😛
And my favorite question to ask, but that I would like to keep strictly to PP debates: If you walk into a room in slow motion and all dramatic like, what song would be playing?
