Thank you to everyone who participated in the monthly Federalist PP Primary! I'm happy to report that I'll be with you one more month as your Party President!. There are projects left to finish and new ones under way!


February Congressional Elections

Congressional Elections are a great time for active players! There is a nice upswing in activity and there a TONS of opportunities for every party member to get involved! Talio Extremist and his staff in the Political Office spend a great deal of time getting elections organized. Keep reading to find out how you can be a part of it all!

All aspiring Federalist Congressmen should fill out the Member Congressional Candidate Application Form!

If you are not interested in being a Congressman but would still like to help out with elections, BECOME A BLOCKER! It's easy, takes little time and any expenses are reimbursed by the party!

In order to ensure that rogue candidates and do not get into the eUS Congress, the Federalists(and every other Top5 Party) run highly organized campaigns and try to direct votes to defeat those who do the eUS harm on election day. It also helps us maximize how many excellent Fed candidates we place in Congress! Becoming a MOBILE VOTER is the most basic thing that every party member can do to assist your party!

The Rec Center is need of creative and motivated people to help organize fun and games for Feds! Contact Paul Proteus in-game or on the forums in this thread.

Easy Company News

There has been some talk in EZC lately about why the eUS has not had a consistent Natural Enemy. For those of you who are new the mechanics of war in eRep, there is a reason why this has been the case lately, and it does not have to do with bad leadership.

The Natural Enemy Mechanism initiates a war with your declared Natural Enemy(NE). When your country has declared a NE via a Congressional vote, the mechanism dictates that unless you attack beforehand, an AUTO-attack on said NE will happen 24 hours after the declaration passes.

Since the NE mechanism initiates a war, that means that any NE MUST share a common border with the eUS. Right now, the eUS is surrounded by allied countries. Spain is the only non-allied country that shares a border with us right now. Therefore, the only possible time the eUS CAN have a NE is when Spain pries one of its regions back from us in a RW. At which time the eUS immediately starts the vote for a NE proposal in Congress and we proceed to wipe the dirty Spaniards off the eWorld map. Again.
