Simply put, if Macedonia performs well, they can have 3 resources.
If Hungary, Poland or Bulgaria do this, they can have 6.
If Romania performs well, they will have 9.
USA and China will get 15 in

Miért adtam be: szerintem a mostani helyzet unalmas. Jó 6 hónapja nem történik semmi, csak folytonos ping-pong egyik-másik szomszéddal. Ennyire sose volt unalmas a játék, bizonyítja az is, hányan hagyjak abba manapság. Valami kell történjen!
