Join the new world

Greetings Ireland,

Speeches are not my specialty, so I'll try to be brief: I am running for president this month.

Most of you already know me, but for those of you who don't, I have been Irish at various times over the years and, more recently, I have been in charge of the Ministry of Defense. Before? President, MoFA and MoED of Paraguay, Spanish MoF, Swiss MoED, 47 times a congressman - or so my profile says - and many more things that no one is interested in.

So what are my plans for next month if I am elected? As we all know, the 5,000 day of eR is approaching and it is most likely that Plato will put offers and organize an event in which ranking up will be easier. So my main intention is to have always as many battles open as needed so all irish have access to BHs and TP in order to get as much gold as possible. Initially, I would like to maintain the current amount of TWs, but I do not rule out organizing some in foreign territory if there is enough demand. Of course, before any decision is made, the congress will be consulted in order to avoid affecting the production of our companies.

Regarding Foreign Affairs, my idea is to maintain the current policy of collaboration, strengthening ties both with our Pacifica allies and friends around the world. I don't expect major changes in mpps. Finally, we will re-analyze the Treaty with CODE and the United Kingdom, which could expire on the 19th.

Economy? I don't think this is the time to make big investments, as it may be necessary to give aid or subsidies to our players for the 5,000th day if the offers are interesting enough. I cannot promise activity in the press, as it is not in my hands alone, but I will try to publish at least one weekly article recapping the main events of the week. If I am chosen and there is a contest for which you need funding, tell me and I am sure we will be able to organize it. Interesting articles will be rewarded and included in the weekly recap for more visibility.

I´m still in the process of finding volunteers for my cabinet, so I'll be updating this when I start getting confirmations. Nonetheless, I doubt there will be many new faces here, so anyone willing to take part, drop me a message and we will find a place for you.
