Ecanadians, I am going out on a limb a declaring anyone who supports import taxes at 1% is unpatriotic and has a weak argument as to why. They are saying a high import tax will cause our market to grow too high and stagnate the economy.

This is an article to push for a bump in import tax
I would like to see 3% but will settle for 2%
Based on feedback, I will make the proposal.
If the senate is fine with 3%, I will put the proposal in place.

Raise the Import Tax by 1%.

The markets are strong, and having a lower Import Tax helps no-one.
