We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in the New Conservative Party, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our party, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, and if, which I do not for a moment believe, this party or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the American Eagle Division, would carry on the struggle, until, in God's good time, the new world, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old.
It was one month ago that our party was PTO’d by PigInZen with the assistance of his allies, most prominently Henry “Pfeiffer” Arundel’s goon squad and many of their “children” so to speak. I had tried to step down from power and exit gracefully, entrusting leadership to Pierce Vaughn, the NCP Vice President and a very competent leader. However, it has become crystal clear to me and all of us that it does not matter who our candidate is, because there are certain individuals who do not want our party, with its bold ideas, and ambitious vision for America to succeed. Despite being occupied this month, and almost all our members being blocked from running for Congress, our party has not only stood strong, but we have grown in numbers. Many of you have told me that you are counting on me to retake our party and to lead us to victory. With your help, we will succeed. We are free people, and we will triumph if we stand strong together. We must keep our votes united in this election as we face an even greater threat than PigInZen. If we lose, our party faces imminent destruction. Everything is on the line. No retreat, No surrender.
There are some who try to spread falsehoods and propaganda about our party. This is a party that includes people of ALL nationalities. There is one factor that binds us all together. We are joined and united in a common cause for freedom and liberty. We believe that we have the right to have different ideas and to represent disenfranchised eAmericans. We believe that we have the right to choose the destiny for our own party and to try and convince the eAmerican people to support our just and righteous cause. We will bow to no one and we will surrender to no one. As your Party President I will fight for this party and this country. I will stand with all of America’s true friends and allies and I will judge individuals based on the content of their character, as all have the right to be and should be judged by.
Remember, on the 15th of February, vote for General Cartman Lee. Free the NCP! Free America from tyranny!

Main point, don't sign armistices with the Nazi's.
The French Navy was the 2nd most powerful in Europe. The combined German and French fleets would've overwhelmed the Royal Navy.
