I have decide to withdraw as a candidate for RLC Party President. This may come as a surprise to many of you, especially for those of you who have been kind enough to support me in the two previous elections. This decision is not one I have made lightly, I have consulted numerous friends and decided this was the best decision for myself, this party, and our nation at this point in time.
I have been very critical of the "leadership" of this party under chickensguys and Ajay Bruno aka Ronald Gipper Reagan. This criticism was never meant to apply to anyone else, though I know some of you may have taken it that way. If my past remarks caused anyone else any harm, I would like to sincerely apologize. I would like to apologize to one person in particular who seems to have been harmed by my criticism of the party, Dutch Marley.
Dutch, I would like you to know I never felt you were a threat to this party or our country. My fear in you becoming Party President was that because of your friendship with chickensguys you would be manipulated by him and Ajay. Looking at your term as Party President, I believe you did the best job you could have done. I would like to thank you, for the effort you have put into the RLC and for your commitment to this party.
My Endorsement
The reason I have decided to step aside is to support Gnilraps/Dinero for PP/vPP. These are two men I am believe can lead this party to respectability and stability. I have a great deal of respect for both of these gentlemen, and I know they will help transform our party into a party we can all be proud to belong to.

@ John Jay if I remember correctly you're the joke. I never understood why SVV and Hoss invited you into the USDP leadership when we founded that party. I can honestly say working with you was the most unpleasant experience I have had in ePolitics.

losing horribly again. Since day one nobody in this party has wanted you here, because they know what you are capable of..(and not capable of). All of your votes have come through ATO services, and you know it. So seriously, go join the USWP like we all know you want to, and have a good e-life.
^ LMAO! I was the first name on the ballot. Also, I got us several Congressmen elected. In fact as a sixth party our first month I got 4 members elected to Congress, but no I didn't do anything. As far as me not being around, I left the game due to family issues. I informed SVV of the issue before I left. If I remember correctly you caused quite a scandal while in USDP leadership, something about running your mouth and your theft of something or other.
Wow, you need to get your history right...the USDP was what AMP is now, and I served in the leadership of both parties.
You really need to get informed before taking people on.
To the RLC, Dennis wrote is article and if you read it great. If not, great. I like the party I am in and we should not start this back and forth again this upcoming election for PP. Let us get back to the business of the party and keep it moving guys. We have way too many issues for us to deal with and picking our PP is one and we need to figure this out soon. It is good to have a debate but when we are done, we have to work hard guys meaning building this party.

The RLC has experienced a surge in membership but all the in-fighting is going to prevent the party from capitalizing on those gains.
I don't get why there's so much harsh criticism of Dennis. From all my interactions with him, I've gotten to know and trust him, and he's a hard worker who means well and I'm very proud to serve in an MU with him.

@John Jay, this is the same rhetoric that I've called him on before. Yeah, he's been around. But I still don't see where he did much politically. You've just confirmed my opinion that Dennis McVicker seeks to exaggerate himself into a position of importance.

^LOL they virtually beg players to take positions so they don't have to do anything (I worked under silent G, in a former admin., he was demanding and very mean when I resigned in protest of his lack of action when the WPHR was hii-jacked), please share with us your accomplishments in the three terms you are serving. And why are you not going to respond to my other comments?

On a more serious note guys, we have to remember that our party comes first. I understand public discourse but it could become a public disgrace if it is not handle with civility.
I have said it before and I will say it again, we need to let the candidates for PP state their intents and we vote on the one with the best plan. We can do this guys, remember the party comes first and everything else is last. Use wisdom in all things.
@ George, my apologies I was using an party id list that I apparently need to update again. I will make sure you ate excluded from the next one. My accomplishments as Secretary of Education: I set up a communications department that sends a welcome message to every new player with helpful information about getting started in the game, I revamped and relaunched the mentor program, which had gone inactive befpre Dept Ed took it over, I have update information that was out dated regarding.....
the war module. I have updated out of date information on the forums, I am currently updating the department of education wiki pages. I have put out article regarding changes to the war module and rocket factory that not only describe them, but also give new players advice for dealing with them. Plus I have published several other articles. I have done all this while supervising a staff of 30-40 people depending on the term.

Wow guys. So, what I read....
1. He thanks his supporters.
2. He explains why he was critical of the former leadership.
3. He apologizes to the person he felt he hurt with this previous criticism.
Sounds like he thought this out and made a personal decision to tell people.
The simple reading of the comments on this article is one of the reasons I chose to help this party. The inner-bickering needs to stop.
The simple fact that the party has grown to the size it has gives it an opportunity. It's members will be able to to GREAT things, and Gnil and I are trying to help you facilitate that exact thing. (yes, thank you for your comments Shermain)

@ George - As you seem to have a lot to say about the party....either lead or follow. It's members will choose who they want to lead them on election day by voting.
