Well I guess the forum admins Binda and XG) are saying that the Government does not need to produce a Budget report even though the IG was talking earlier about it being the major point of concern...kind of goes against what they have been saying really. Ah well, new forums, open and elected mods and admins and a fresh beginning on the 6th \o/

No one will get into trouble for not posting an end of term budget as no laws or constitution will exist from tomorrow. They are all apart of the roleplay associated with the XG forums, when the forums close all that resides will not be relevant. No constititution, no senate laws, no I.G. to over see, no library, no access to archives, any punishments handed down will not esist. It will have to be recreated from scratch

If it is that vital surely XG wouldn't be that petty that he won't let it be transferred or copied...if he is then you have proved my point as to why we needed new forums

it works both ways as you have told him yours will be without all the red tape that encompasses his forums. You have already decided on the new forums, you took the choice away from him, you didn't ask if anything could be moved.

No because I brought it up before hand and even previously. Both times I received no response. When you have a community sign a petition with over 25 signatures (a lot for Aus lets be honest) and not use the forums listing numerous cases of admin abuse by one person you don't then go and ignore them to save one friend. This was the case long before I arrived and yet still he would rather close the forums than remove the one person who is stopping people using the forums.

no 25 people held the owner of the forums to ransom. 25 people who have a grudge against a person. Callumhs article said if it reached 30 signatures it would be presented to XG. It didn't reach 30. Without going into individual events XG stood by Binda33 as he deemed she was following the admin rules he set out. Fact a portion of the community do not like Binda33 but XG had all the information to hand when he cleared her. XG's forum was open to all that followed and read the rules but hatred of Binda33 blinded people to that simple fact.

No I didnt because I was a new player to Aus and everyone had a clean slate. That proves I can be unbiased SC because i never joined the calls before.

You can not have one friend bend the rules and abuse power to the extent she has and even more so recently and then support her staying in that position. The fact that an admin can enter cabinet threads after being sacked, refuse to leave a cabinet IRC room until she is banned and that is fine is damned wrong and you should know that

XG and forums have no correlation to Binda33 and IRC. separate identities. XG supports Binda33 as admin on forums, you have created new forums to counter that issue, XG is closing forums as he pays for them and now not needed. You now run forums and can govern them how you wish with your set up.

No I know, but Binda entering cabinet forums is part of his jurisdiction and again he has said nothing will be done and actually never responded to me until i said i was taking the Government away from his forums If i won. How could I operate a Government knowing an admin would be accessing those sections and could easily release secure information that could hurt this country?

None of those links provide any PROOF, just verbal accusations. All reports sent to XG he cleared as he could see the logs. The only ADMIN that I can see that received any warning due to doing something wrong was not Binda33. Also it looks like there were 23 signatures on a petition that called for 30 and was not presented to XG.

Okay, SC. You, Binda and XG are right and those who boycott or refuse to use the forums are clearly wrong. The CP was wrong to sack her and deny her access to cabinet forum threads. You see what you want to see so there is no point continuing this discussion.

I never entered a forum that I was not given access to by the moderator. XG can confirm that with the forum logs. For someone who pretends to be reasonable Hugh, you are full of spite.

The CP is in charge of the IRC room. It's not difficult to remove access to anyone who should not have it. I think I was only in there one time after CC left and my mIRC was set to auto join.

Keep trying to build yourself up by putting others down. Let me know how that works for you.

By the way you were in the cabinet IRC room for longer than a few minutes Binda as you tried carrying on conversations hoping people wouldnt realise. I was speaking to Tim Holtz in a separate window at the time about how you shouldn't be there. As the Impeachment hadn't passed even though you abused CC out the game (produce those logs please) nobody had CP rights to stop you entering until the owner banned you.

Anyone wants clarification then Tim Holtz can be found in the rival game to this beginning with the letter 'V' where he is vAustralian CP.

What I did was to ask some Country CPs for some information about why our application to join Asteria was rejected, and then I posted it in the Senate section for everyone to see. Claire and Hugh carried on that it was meant to be secret. Why that kind of thing would be kept from our citizens boggles my mind.

Hugh, you know that CC was still CP at that time and as he was semi active, he was fully able to change the irc room password etc. He also at no time messaged me to say that I was no longer in Cabinet, but could have. I'm very sorry that he felt that being CP was so difficult that he ran off after being CP for only a week or so, instead of trying harder and pulling his socks up, as most of the rest of us would have done instead.

Produce the logs so people can see how innocent you and Louise were, you have refused to so far and I dont understand why? These socks? were they the same you pulled up when you werent appointed ADF marshal so refused to grant forum access to the marshal, called her a b*tch and accused her of giving oral to the DoD to get the job? I don't need to post logs because I've already agreed with you that I was angry and even said some bad things to CC due to the way he handled a meeting from FYROM, when they demanded that he hand over South Australia to them. I was angry with him and I will not deny that. I think that it's a shame that he quit the job of CP because Louise and I let him know how angry we were. He ran away after only being CP for a week due to us hurting his feelings. I am sorry for that but I honestly believed he could take it or I'd have worded myself differently to him at the time. He wasn't the only person under pressure at the time but then nobody cares if they hurt my feelings or I'm sure that you and claire wouldn't care about how nasty you have been to me all term.

AIB: Not all insults come from Hugh. Or me. A damn good proportion of them come from Binda and Louise, two women who insist on kicking off at the slightest thing and two women who, through their insults and verbal abuse, made a CP quit in February.

How is a government official being accused of spying nothing? These forums should have been closed yesterday. ED apart from being a regular subscriber has laid down quite a lot of damage for eAus over his time here.

I am current VP of eCanada and have held every position there is in our government. For some reason this really pissed me off. Questioning someones integrity without any facts or details. If this happened to me i would just go ballistic. Everything I know about this person is she has integrity above reproach.

Fact is, you've been caught abusing your admin position more than once. It's a common occurrence with you. XG, it seems has done the same thing - no wonder you were allowed to get away with it.
