[Petition to remove Binda33 from admin of the eAustralian Forums] Re-circulation

This petition will be put to the forum owner Xavier Griffiths when it reaches 30 eAustralian members. Overseas players who support the petition will be allowed to sign it but won’t count as a member of the petition.
The petition is to ask for the removal of Binda33 as an admin of the eAustralian forum and to reshuffle the admin list and install another active admin to help with duties. And also for fresh gMod elections to be held.
The community forum has taken a dive in activity and people who are still active in eAustralia are refusing to have a forum account, mostly due to Binda’s antics as an admin.
This includes her taking over the NSA forum and not allowing the Government to operate an organisation that has been in eAustralia for several years because she was going to be sacked as a member. A new forum and mods had to be put in place and that only happened because one of the other admins had to issue an ultimatum. Eventually the Forum Owner had to step in.
This among her constant infringements of her admin powers, most recently removing the powers of the Government to remove posts in the Government shout box because some of Binda’s posts being deleted in the process of the County President removing non-Government personnel posts.
She also illegally disrupted a Government Imitative because she and nobody else found it distasteful despite it being a proven program that got new players active and to give them supplies, this program was known as Bewbs4Newbs.
Binda’s impartiality has been in question for a long time making questionable decisions and adding input where her admin powers should be limited. For example, when she has been Speaker of the Senate she has given warning points to those that don’t agree with her.
The forums integrity has been slipping for a long time, it’s time for change and it’s time to the eAustralian forums the vibrant hub of eAustralia it should be.
We the eAustralian people hope that Xavier Griffths takes this formal petition into consideration and takes due process.
If you the eAustralian public are tired of the cycle of abuse, bi-polar administration and unwarranted warning points then I urge you to post your support for example, writing “support” and you will be added to the list of petitioners.

Settle. If new forums are made they will be totally community owned and run. Nobody will be able to claim forum ownership, that just leads to poor decisions like we are presently in.

According to the iTechnology Corporation (iTC) Site Policy (08/11), which all of you, even myself agreed to when we signed up to the forums by signing the Terms & Conditions states that, "Additional Assistant Directors (Admins) may be added or removed by majority vote of the board and Assistant Directors."
All you can do is ask for a vote to take place and whatever happens, happens. If you're not happy with that, maybe you shouldn't have agreed to the Terms & Conditions in the first place.
Rowan try reading what the comments above yours, you can imply from it that many don't have forum accounts or if they do don't use those accounts any more so the T+C's don't apply to them. Also 'everyone' reads those terms and conditions just like they read software licences, you could easily sign your soul over to Satan in those things. It's just XG's excuse for not dealing with the problem in anyway at all.
Anyway the 30 signatures didn't appear so I guess it should be left there. Let the forums die in peace.

if binda isnt removed we will make new ones, i suggest you sign up there, its actually good fun on forums when the admin isnt a cow xD

At any case ,binda is a problem ,not for me but for some ,so or we have a petision from binda to stay ,from supporters ,other than that ,she has to r.......ne ,i give her 2 days ,the i support .o7
It's generally not a good idea for someone to be both actively involved in politics (running for PM) and a moderator at the same time. Their impartiality will always come into question. I will abstain though.
