We are see'ing with Rustu D in his recent spate of articles: Basic logic fails.

One I am not CP yet. I will not presume or act in that capacity until I receive final confirmation.

Two Claiming that selling gold from the treasury is the same as selling gold via the monetary market is a False Analogy

False Analogy: the two objects or events being compared are relevantly dissimilar.

Now lets compare
a.the monetary market follow the price as set by a buyer that a seller is willing to pay.
b.Whilst issueing money is governed by the following(unless your name is wiki Rusty I did not learn it from you as you claimed)

The one has a set conversion factor meaning that the following is logical deductions from this fact

:

1. Gold that is sold via the issue'ing of money will always sell at the same rate.
2. When you issue money is logically irrelevant to the gold value.
3. the price of gold on the monetary market is logically irrelevant to the value of gold kept in the treasury.

now Rustic has promised us a a thorough critical daily evaluation of government that will keep us on our toes. Why Rusty therefore refer to my cabinet when I am not yet CP and he is trying to force two things together to mislead his readers is beyond me.

You are in his cabinet, so therefore your apart of the government. The fact your coming up with excuses for his behavior (clearing the treasury incase of MTO), shows you think you know more, rather then showing your out of the loop.

There is no need to clear the treasury, and yes by doing it you are costing the country money. Because that gold is lost. We have no need to clear it, so why clear it. Isnt it better to leave it there, incase Plato changes the game again (he has changed it quite a bit in the past 8 months).

Oh wait you want to clear the treasury... sorry Trito does... incase of a future MTO, which would be weeks away (considering they will need to do a civil war first or wait until the end of the month, unless you prop up your mate with donations). After all it is simple maths...

you do realize there is a 10000 cc a day upkeep fee and if a country cant pay it democracy is auto reinstated. so empty treasury means no more dictators or possibility of a dictator. else it will cost us 1 million to oust him whereas in a emptry treasury it costs us 0. why are im always 4 steps ahead of you rustic.

So... this so-called fear of MTO is going to happen at the end of March, and then they have to wait till they either buy a MU or their MU is there for 60 days.... so why the rush to do it now?

Even if they dont pay the 1mil to oust the current Dictator, They will still need to spend 2mil + COs to launch a MTO over 30 days away, and the pay off for a lousy 200k.... yep you still dont make any sense.

You have just been caught, just cant work out if it is you shear stupidity or hands in the cookie jar.

we have a dictator ? what if we dont get anyone to oust him. everything is explained in this article https://www.erepublik.com/en/article/plato-please-appoint-a-program-designer--2633145/1/20 which was a top eus article so read the logic there, the same logic that trumped all further discussion of the topic in the forum announcement.
