Development for More Vitality Program

This is a private welfare program designed to help new players upgrade their Town Centers more rapidly and at a much lower cost.

How Development for More Vitality works.

To upgrade from a Q1 to Q2 town center a player is required to have:
A Grain Farm (1500 cc)
A Q1 Food Factory (10 gold)
And 100 cc

For a total cost of 10 gold and 1600 cc.

Under the Development for More Vitality program a player would only spend 1600 cc for the upgrade. While a player would still need 9 gold to buy the company, they would be able to buy it, use it to upgrade their Town Center, and then resell it to the program for 9 gold.

The goal of Development for More Vitality is to loan the necessary companies to players so they are able to save gold to upgrade their Training Centers.
Any player who is interested in borrowing a company can fill out this form.
