Big And Small - Recruitment
FightAndProduce
In the eUK Political landscape we have big parties and small parties.Being an member of a small party myself,I thought I'd give some insight on how it's very different.
The first thing is recruitment, being a small political party is rather difficult, because it's almost impossible to grow. Most new members get bombarded by bigger parties and swallowed whole before we even get a chance to message them.On the other hand,i'm not blaming big parties. If I were in a big party.I'd do the same.
But then I probably hear you say, what about articles? Well yes, they can be good for recruitment. But they are very limited, because most of the people who view newspapers are already affiliated with a political party, and people affiliated with a political party very rarely change sides.
In the end,you just hope a citizen passes by your political plea and decides to join. But even then, your still a small party, while you may gain one member a week. The big parties gain 5-10 a day.You find yourself slowly falling down a political muddy hill.
But nevertheless,Us smaller parties must keep on,and I'm not just talking about my party.I mean all sub-top 5 parties.Because each party represents opinion, and our opinions should not just fade into obscurity....
Do you wish to become an affiliate of The Workers Voice? If so,please message me.Being an affiliate involves me featuring a link to your newspaper at the end of each article. However, you will also be obliged to do the same.

I agree, there are no chances for smaller parties to grow. I myself being a member of One Vision know how it feels because I was in the party when it was UKIP and had about 20 members, half of which were inactive. All it takes is for one person to move from a big party and then others will follow. Don't give up hope on your party because you never know when a chance like that is around the corner. I mean look at me I was in a small party and now I am VPP of the #4 Party. Voted and Subscribed.

One of the templates I use:
Dear
I am a member of the UKPP, the top party within the eUK. I am also a member of the Royal Navy.
My friend, I ask you to join the UKPP and fight against prejudice. Fight for a better government, a government where people have the right to be heard! Take arms and fight for Britain! Unite Albion, and progress to a better time, where the old are made to give the new a chance, after all, how can we progress without new people and new ideas?
If you also join the Royal Navy, are a member of the UKPP and are employed in a Royal Navy job (speak to Helpmeslack) you will receive 10 Q7 tanks per day you work, also, you will be eligible to receive food and weapons from our strike sessions on Sunday from 3pm to 7pm (just visit our chat websites). However, if you need a little extra food just shout it in the Royal Navy feed and let generosity do the rest!
Thank you for time,

I've never really used a format to attract new members.I try and type them up,so it looks like I'm not pasting it.
Voted, Please all reading this article consider joining the Workers' Rights Party.
For me it's been a very interesting and enjoyable challenge and despite our size the Workers' Rights Party have had some notable achievements, we've been part of bringing many improvements to the UK for the average citizen and our party is a standard bearer of what fair, free-thinking and creative looks like.
