6 Reasons to Vote Gormley

First of all Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you're having a nice day.

I wasn't online much the last couple of days due to the craziness of Christmas, so I didn't have time to do a proper manifesto. I'll just do a quick article now outlining some good reasons to vote for me.

1) Dedication: I have always been very dedicated to serving the eIrish people in Congress. This can be seen in how I've run for Congress every month since I was able to and also in how I served the full term each time I was elected.

2) Hard-Working: As you can see in the Congress Performance and Participation Tracker (which can be found here: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AlFfCluVX2owdDdrMnFiNXVSNFRNVDU4VnlZS1NpcXc&hl=en), I am a hard worker in Congress. There were 9 votes taken into account in that Tracker and I didn't miss one. Also, I had a good number of posts at 51.

3) Activity: I am a very active citizen. I am online everyday both here and on the forums. So, I am quite easy to contact if you wish to do so.

4) Personality: I don't mean to appear arrogant but I believe I have a very likable personality. Okay, so there's not many people who really like me but it's nearly impossible to find someone who really hates me. I feel I'm a down-to-earth, modest individual and they're important qualities for a public representative.

5) Competence: I hope I won't be contradicted but I'd like to think that I've been competent in my role as Congressman in the past. I may not always be very knowledgable on a particular topic but I'm intelligent enough to learn about it and have a good discussion about it.

6) Experience: I've been around the block a fair few times in my time in this game and I know what's going on by now. I've been in this game nearly a year and I've been Congressman 3 times so you can rest assured that, if you elect me, you're getting someone who knows what he's up to.

Also, I must say that I'm a candidate in the Shannon and I'm running as a member of the Irish Freedom Party.
