I’d like to announce the official signing of the first sponsorship deal! Bear Cavalry is now the proud partner of Papermakers F.C. PilotPhil and Bear Cavalry’s commander will now share in the bonuses that come with such a deal. Congrats, PilotPhil!

In league action, Kevin Sheridan’s Rangers F.C crushed Genyng Kislev’s Korea United F.C. in an astounding three-nil victory. They dominated possession, and the first half, before their lead striker pulled a hat-trick late in the second half!

In the interest of prolonging the league indefinitely I have created a program called Sponsorship. Instead of donating without any compensation, fans of a specific team will be able to sponsor that team. As with donations before, managers may not sponsor any team. Anyway, by donating to the commissioner of the league (me) a sum of 100 cc, you and your team will earn the following perks:

Honour: Your name will be featured as that team’s official sponsor everywhere where that team is mentioned.
Prestige: Instead of winning 10 Q6 tanks upon victory, the team will earn 15. Additionally, you will earn 5 Q6 tanks.
Upgrades: A sponsored team will gain a +2 cumulative bonus to its performance for every game, improving its chances of winning.
