Presidential Elections; President Aries Prime!

Dear Readers,

Today I have an interview with our (new) President Aries Prime! I've asked our President about his upcoming term.

1. What do you expect from your current government?

I expect a great deal of articles with information on alliances and the like. This is our top priority so everyone in my administration is working on that.

2. What do you want to achieve in this term?

I expect to get us into an alliance and reclaim a second region. Those seem to be the only two realistic goals I will be able to manage this term. We had plans for a fun war but those fell through and there is a huge mercenary scandal and finance issues that are bleeding over from the previous government. This is taking up most of my time.

3. Are there any key problem(s) in the eNetherlands that we need to solve immediately?

The mercenary scandal and our financial situation. I will be relesasing an article on that once it is taken care of but until then I have to fix the mess. It is not at all what I wanted to do but I have to do it.

4. Have you got any idea to solve (it/them)?

Pay the bills and organize our financial structure better. Only way we can do it.

5. What are our most important allies

I think anyone on the Sirius side is an important ally. I've also been working to strengthen our ties specifically with Aurora countries. Ireland is still a great ally of ours and is helping us greatly on the Aurora front.

6. What do you think of our current alliances?

Aurora is the only choice I see for Netherlands. It is the only one that maintains a decent standing with Sirius and Poland while not being flat out subjugated to them. It is literally our only option.

7. Do you think we stand a chance against the New World?

If we get into Aurora. That's the only way to make things better for us without have serious consequences.

8. What are your thoughts about the current situation in the New World?

We have had some crazy changes like Moldova being in Belgium and the UK, but I don't think this will cause us issues. If anything the current situation in the world can only help us by showing we are loyal to our allies and growing new bonds.

9. Do you think the eNetherlands is supporting you?

Not fully. I don't think it is possible for me to convince everyone that I am doing what I think is best for Netherlands but I'd say I'm doing a pretty good job. Before I took office almost no one was interested in Aurora and now it appears that a great deal are interested. That seems like a good way to show people are behind me.

10. What do you want to say to the people of the eNetherlands?

I know my answers have been brief but I have been hit with a huge mess involving finances and mercenaries from the previous government. Once that issue is taken care of we can continue on a smooth path. Poland is looking promising with our region deal and we should have our second region back by the end of this week. Thanks.
