[MoC] Irish Community Snapshot

Hello Ireland. It's time to take a break from the usual, and take quick a look at what's happening in the Community.

NEW FACES

We've had a number of new faces added to the community recently. Mr. Bop has started playing and is already building up his reputation as a writer in the community, while Kordak just moved in from the Netherlands, where he was a previous CP and is now working in our Foreign Affairs Ministry. Bean&teddy has returned from his long hiatus, while Bigmike727 has returned from Bulgaria. Cry of the Banshee, recently known as Queen Emeraldas, has returned from France as well. To conclude, Ireland also has two new dioists, Nyx Lynx and Coltan Bonobo.

During the next snapshot, we'll be asking some of the new faces a few questions.

IRISH GLADIATOR TOURNAMENT

The tournament is in full throttle, as the fighters slug it out until the round concludes on Tuesday.


Perhaps the closest fight currently is that of ReleaseThe Krakken and Cry of the Banshee, who are both in the top 10 fighters of Ireland currently. Remember everyone, to keep fighting Tuesday until I release the article announcing this week's victors. Or, you can check the leaderboards. If you've scored top on your team, just check to see if you beat the enemy's top scorer. The same applies to 2nd and 3rd place damage doers.

THIS OR THAT?



I'll be doing a brief "this or that" survey, where we get a feel of eIrish Community preferences. The questions have 2 choices, and are (mostly) just random and for fun. (just pick the most appealing if you are stuck between the answers, or somewhere in the middle) The results of how the community feels will be released in the next snapshot. If you have recommended questions for the next "This or That" just message them to me.

IRISH FLASHBACK ARTICLE WINNER

Bhane's "Thank you, with a London victory" has been selected as the most memorable/best eIrish article. The article dates back to the wipe of the UK during Bhane's term. I may throw another similar article in the future. Thanks all for submitting, voting, and congratulations to Bhane.
