That's it! enough is enough!
I have decided to publicly bring up the topic of calling all new immigrants to South Africa "political takeoverers". It is completely absurd to call someone you don't know a "PTOer". I have been called that numerous times by different people when I first landed in eSouth Africa. This my friends has to stop! for the good of our reputation as a community.

When was the last time you've visited these places? If everyone goes around calling eSouth African citizens political takeoverers then this country is in great chaos!
What is the problem?
If you haven't noticed already, many immigrants are complaining about the rude attitude of some of our fellow citizens. We need and we want to be a large community yet we do such things that annoys those who can make us a large community.
Be friendly
And if you feel that something is wrong, go directly to the aforementioned departments.

Agreed! Though I don't think this should be directed at Average Joe eSouth African. It is congress and cabinet that need to think a couple of steps further.
Ahh. I remember when I was DoI/MoS. The pressure, the paranoia, the getting yelled at for doing anything and everything... Oh yeah, those are hard jobs. I'd nearly forgotten.
Indeed Dread, indeed. No matter what you decide, you get yelled at from one side. Then if you wait too long because you want to make the right decision you get yelled at from both sides...yay! 😑
