Thank you once to everyone who has voted me into office this term. I've settled in smoothly both in the executive office as well as in the Asgard HQ. Things with Asgard are going well.

On the home front, we will be holding the vote for joining Asgard as a permanent member on the 13th. I've released two articles dealing with it and calling for discussion:

Department of Defense:

The Ministry of Defense has been hard at work doing all the usual stuff to a grand degree considering the War and all related RWs and conflicts. Please subscribe to the Department’s newspaper (see below) and follow the daily orders.

We're currently working on getting the MU Coordination Mass PM running again, with many of the MUs contacted responding immediately.

Department of Foreign Affairs:

Ministers: Mary Chan / Dozzer X

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has worked in the last days mainly on contacting our allies and congratulating their new governments on the elections.

We have also opened talks with Spain (and it is indeed common knowledge of what happened).

Deeper talks have been kept with France, Romania, Croatia, Russia and the Asgard countries, trying to keep a "red line" communication channel with them. We’ve also been in talks with China, Colombia, Germany and Netherlands.

A special thing is the discussion with the USA - the American MoFA told me that the US are interested in letting the past aside and starting a new strong relationship with Canada. He said the US consider signing a MPP with us in the future as well.

We've also communicated with various governments on the IRC, and Dozzer has personally trying to get all the IRCs of the foreign governments and be in there 24/7.

Asgard Correspondence:

eCanadian Representatives: Venerable / Decode Masala

Communication in Asgard has greatly increased. We have created an Asgard COMM for our battle orders, which includes some of the most decorated citizens in all of the Asgard nations. This is updated frequently so that everyone knows what is the most "advised" course of action.

The ties between the Nation leaders continue to strengthen because of the coordination that we're trying to force. The Official AsgardHQ is very active.

Feel free to ask the Asgard representatives if you want any details.

Department of Information

Ministers: Crisfire / Dartreal

The Ministry of Information is busy getting together articles that aim to provide clarity to the public. This is the first of what will be more cabinet reports to come. We’ll provide as much details as we can as provided by each minister.

We’re also looking at putting together a Q&A with the President shortly so keep an eye out for it. This will be opened primarily to citizens of eCanada but we will look at questions from those outside of the country as well.

We would like to extend our thanks to SamLeVil for translating these articles in French for our French-Canadians players.

Le Ministère de la défense a travaillé dûr, concernant l'importance de son rôle dans la guerre, particulièrement avec les RW (guerres de résistance) et les conflits qui nous concernent. Abonnez-vous au journal du Ministère (voir ci-dessous) et suivez les ordres quotidiens.

Nous travaillons en ce moment sur la coordination des MU (unités militaires) par MP de masse. La plupart des MU contactées ont répondu immédiatement à l'appel.

Ministère des affaires étrangères:

Au cours des derniers jours, le Ministère des affaires étrangères a principalement travaillé sur la prise de contact avec nos alliés, félicitant tous les gouvernements nouvellement formés.

Nous avons aussi ouvert les pourparlers avec l'Espagne (vous savez d'ailleurs tous comment ça s'est passé).

Des discussions plus poussées ont eu lieues avec la France, la Roumanie, la Croatie, la Russie et les pays membres d'Asgard, afin d'essayer d'établir une "ligne rouge" - une chaîne de communication prioritaire - avec eux. Nous avons aussi été en contact avec la Chine, la Colombie, l'Allemagne et les Pays-Bas.

Une chose spéciale a été la discussion avec les USA : le Ministre des affaires étrangères américain a déclaré que les USA seraient intéressés à laissé de côté l'histoire passée et à redévelopper une relation solide avec le Canada. Il a dit que les USA considéreraient signer un MPP (pacte de protection mutuelle) avec nous à l'avenir.

Nous avons aussi communiqué avec divers gouvernements sur l'IRC et Dozzer essaie d'avoir accès personnellement aux IRC des gouvernements étrangers et d'y être 24/7.

Représentants eCanadiens: Venerable / Decode Masala

Nos échanges avec Asgard ont considérablement augmentés. Nous avons créé un COMM (chaîne de communication) pour Asgard pour les ordres de batailles, incluant plusieurs des citoyens les plus renommés des nations d'Asgard. Les mises-à-jour sont fréquentes, laissant tout le monde savoir quelle action serait suggérée.

Les liens entre les chefs des nations continuent de se renforcer grâce à la coordination que nous essayons de forcer. Le HQ d'Asgard est très actif.

Le Ministère de l'information s'occupe de rassembler les articles qui visent à rendre les choses plus claires pour le public. Cet article est le premier d'une série de rapports du Cabinet. Nous vous offrirons autant de détails que nous le pouvons sur les activités des ministres.
