What is the Department of Interior?
The Department of Interior, or DoI, is a section within the eUSA's executive government dedicated towards helping maintain retention.

How do we do what we do?
Within the Department, we have many programs devoted to teaching eUSA players about the strings attached with eRepublik. We help them get situated with the mechanics through the Community Development Program (CDP), which sends all new players in the eUSA an extra welcoming message. The CDP message contains a link redirecting the new player to the "New Citizen Help" Google Document, where the mentors and Meals on Wheels take care of them effectively. From that point on, we focus on making sure the player gets the proper help and hopefully get them situated in a minor government position.

Meals on Wheels
Director: Pearcey333
Meals on Wheels, or MoW, is a program run by Pearcey333, assisted by former Human Resources director Pheno Sony. MoW's mission is to send food to any player who signs up for it at this spreadsheet. Applicants are usually new players to eRepublik and are sent food within three days, up to 40 max, depending on the current health of whoever signs up.

If you want to help send food to new players, you can contact Justin McCravok or Pearcey333

REACH
Director: Civil Anarchy
REACH, run by prestigious and experienced director Civil Anarchy, has one main goal: Expand the New World by attracting people on the internet. The process of getting new players is done by spamming referral links on sites like Digg.com, Reddit.com, Facebook.com and lots and lots of message boards. Under Civil Anarchy, REACH has gained hundreds of members when combining referrals, which is pretty awesome. If you're interested in helping REACH and getting a few referrals in the process, contact Civil Anarchy.

Community Development Program
Director: Mnbhayes
The CDP is one of the more tedious Interior departments, not just because of its recent history with stolen organizations, but also because of the lack of peeps willing to do what it needs: mass messaging.

Yes, mass messaging. The task of the CDP is to message every single new eUSA Citizen, giving them insight on eUS Forums, Game Mechanics, and link them to a spot where they can sign-up for a mentor or get free food. It's a great program because it goes beyond just the New Citizen Message, which we would love to expand, but unfortunately can't because of the character restriction limit. Plus, the CDP makes things a little more personal, opening many doors to new players to launch their eCareers.

If you want to be awesome and join the CDP, there are always spots available. Message Justin McCravok or Mnbhayes if you want to get more info.

Mentor Program
The mentor program is exactly what it seems like; A program that mentors people living in the eUSA. Recently launched and running under SGGHays and The Sensei, The Mentor Program has never really splashed waves in the eUSA. It's mainly been lacking in management, and in the past few months, has been canceled and restructured several times over. Luckily, after some thoughtful planning among the Interior staff, congress was convinced to join the team and are currently "bossing that stuff up". Nuff' said.

If you're reading this and need a mentor or even food, you're in luck; Just fill out this document and you'll be assisted shortly.

Education Department
Director: Blank Keating
A longtime member of the Education Department, Blank Keating is renown in the eUSA for his work in the government and specifically the Education Department. With brilliant ideas like the Information Web and a new education article almost more than once a week, it's no wonder why everyone wants to be like him.

If you want to write articles to help the new guys, or want to spread the good word, contact Blank Keating or Justin McCravok.
