Hello fellow Dutchmen,
Welcome to Canada.
We just had an successful airstrike and now have a province in Northwest Canada.
I want to thank Canada that they give us this opportunity.
We would like to share our typical dutch traditions with you.
Although we can't bring amsterdam to you we will bring you some cheese and start a coffeeshop.

Personally i think 1 extra region is enough and easier to defend with the shield we have ATM , taking on 3 more regions will just spread & thin out our forces.
4 regions will be nice for the production bonusses and the dutch marker.
