So I've been attending the KATIE course over the past few weeks, this is a carbohydrate course which replaces the out of date DAFNE.
I must say I thoroughly recommend it, I have never seen so many type 1 diabetics in one place (8 of us in total)

Ah to be a diabetic at Easter surrounded by chocolate.
It is so hard to behave at this time of year, has anyone come across anywhere that sells diabetic easter eggs? I don't mean with diabetic chocolate I mean with reduced sugar. Diabetic chocolate

So what are your opinions on the flu jab?

I had mine recently as I do every year and have thankfully never had any complications although I have heard of people being admitted to hosptal for various things regarding the injection.

Well I couldn't find anything relating to diabetes on here and as statistics say 1 in 10 are diabetic I thought there must be thousands on here.

So what do we all think about the current debate regarding limiting testing strips and stopping type
