背景：
目前国内战争已经结束，各地经济已开始渐渐复苏，10全的美好未来也马上要到了

1.因为国内资源越来越丰富，一些战前潜逃的大老板纷纷开始回国，短时间内对国内市场产生冲击
2.战争结束，限时任务也已经结束，面包和武器的需求大大下降，新人开始转自耕
3.由于1，2的共同影响cny贬值

建议
1.税率应该上升，目前的产量可以弥补上升税率带来的负担，而且ec的随时可能再次收到侵略，所以保证国库充足非常的重要
2.工资税不应
