As everyone probably know hospital treats only wellness lost in battle. The result is that now the key elements of the game will be higher quality food and houses.
In this tutorial I will try to explain what you have and to eat to keep your wellnes at a satisfactory level.
Personally, I think each of us should maintain wellness at a level 90 +.
Benefits flowing from this:
-chance to fight 5 times a day, raise experience and rank,
-higher productivity, higher salaries.
Now even more employers will begin to appreciate the good workers!
COMPANY Q1
The company recommended to anyone who can not afford a house yet. It was so before the change, and now it is even more important aspect.
to maintain 100 wellness work in company q1 need a house and food of the total 4 stars.
So it will house q3 and food q1 or q2 house and food q2 etc.
COMPANY Q2
to maintain 100 wellness in company Q2, you have to have things of the total 6 stars.
This will be a house q5 in conjunction with food q1, q4 house, and food q2, etc.
A total of 5 stars (such as house q3 food q2) will mean wellness at 90
Stuff for a total of 4 stars its 75 Wellness
COMPANY Q3
Company Q3 means the loss 4 wellnes per day (Training & Work).
That in such a company to maintain 100 wellness you must have a total of 8 stars
So it will house q5 and food q3, q4 food and house q4 or q5 food and house q3.

COMPANY Q4

Summary
It appears, therefore, that to keep good employees in the companies will be required gifts.
While companies with lower quality to maintenance of wellness will depend entirely of quality of food and house which will be used. But in Q5 companies most workers have to use gifts to incrase their wellnes to 100.

Good information. I'm spoiled and had lost track of how much it takes to maintain 100%. I'm still working with a few new players trying to get their health up after dropping to around 30. Very slow process now.

Im new too this game and this info helped. I have 34 in health and I have no hope of reaching very high in healt until i get my hard worker medal so i can take a vacation.
