Within the last couple of days, I wrote an article pertaining to the soldiers and officers of the eUSAF Army. I see many similarities between the military and political realms of this game.

As new, young players join our political parties, it seems that most are very timid when it comes to approaching any sort of leadership positions. I see tons of potential all over the place, yet people are being left to get bored, and slowly fade away. As experienced citizens of the eUS, we have let hundreds of people down. As a leader within the eUSAF and a business owner in RL, I have found that many people will run with the opportunity, if it is presented to them. In that, if we see these attributes in ecitizens at a young stage of their elife, we need to act on that. Sometimes the bird just needs to be pushed out of the nest...



To The Older Citizens of the eUS
You should not come across as intimidating to new citizens. You should be open, and willing to mentor these players. There should be changes in leadership, with fresh young players getting a chance to serve and show their capabilities.



To the Younger Citizens of the eUS
You should not let intimidation hold you back. There are many of older citizens that will assist you in your growth and guide you to success. There are things to do, and the doors of opportunity are open. This game is what you want it to be. Set your goals, and go after them!

If you feel you can contribute to our nation in a political capacity, I invite you to join us at the USWP. The USWP is the #1 Political Party in the eUS. We consistently place more candidates in Congress and in the Whitehouse than any other eUS Political Party.

If you are already a member of the USWP, then I encourage you to get involved. The PP elections are right around the corner and the congressional elections will be approaching rapidly. YOU can make a difference!
