Today we will be re-running yesterday's update with a minimum of revisions. Tomarrow, declassified info will be available.

We will be begining our raffle for 1 Q5 food and 1 Q1 weapon in 2 days. Those willing to compete in this raffle will be required to donate a minimum of 1 USD to our organization at http://www.erepublik.com/en/organization/1603711. Contest is void and all donations requested back will be returned should we recieve less than 15 donations before the raffle's end. There will be a first (food) and second (weapon) place prize. Winners will be determined by a random drawing of names from a hat. 1 USD gets 1 name on a piece of paper and 1 gold will get you 55 pieces of paper with your name on them. Having said that, instead of a hat I will likely draw names from my bathtub. In the event that we aquire over 80 donations due to this raffle, more prizes will be sent out.

1) Our aim is to insure the true intent of government in eRep is caring for its people.

4) P.O.T.A.T.O.E. is not a substitute for government, it's goal is to assist a country's ruling power at assisting it's citizens.

Project Alpha-
Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Florida, Alaska, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Rhode Island, Virginia, Washington, Vermont, Texas, South Carolina, Wisonsin, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Dakota, North Carolina and New York are designated as Orange States.

States within this list that border a FORTIS, or otherwise unhostile country are Yellow States.
Any state in that list that borders a hostile country is considered a Red State.
All states bordered only by other eUS states are considered a Green State.

Project Alpha-
P.O.T.A.T.O.E.'s first project includes the funding of Q5 hospitals and Q5 defence in all red states, these states will be required to donate existing hospitals and defence to help cover cost. There are two stages to this project, the later will be revealed soon.

eKansas-
We do not know why eKansas gets a hospital, wink wink. We can not seem to discover why that would be a useful expense, wink wink. Good luck eUSA, and godspeed. Good luck FORTIS, and godspeed.
P.O.T.A.T.O.E. has deemed plans for a (permanent) hospital in eKansas as unneeded. eKansas is designated as a Green State. We have plans for eKansas and all other Green States which will be made available to the public in time.

Foreign Relations:

PEACE - has similar goals, but "defensive alliance" is a far stretch in the justification of recent PEACE actions. I am the Official envoy to PEACE. Due to unresponsiveness, PEACE is officially seen as hostile.
COBRA- Official envoy is Jersey Inc Negotiations are underway.
Socialist Freedom Org- Offical envoy is PrudeJ630 Negotiations are underway.
eUSA- Negotiations with eUS political parties are underway and are being undertaken by the P.O.T.A.T.O.E. Org
We are very disgusted at AAP and Umbrella Research Party' president's complete and shameful unprofessionalism.
eCanada- No envoy yet, no attempt on our behalf yet, admitedly not high enough on the "to-do list."
FORTIS Alliance- P.O.T.A.T.O.E. is a proud supporter of a post Atlantis Defensive Alliance.

Rumor Contol From PHQ: Yes we do wish to ally with PEACE. By PEACE we mean the PEACE described in its charter, a defensive alliance. There is a prominent place for that PEACE in Project Epilson, as will be any (real) d-e-f-e-n-c-i-v-e alliances.


P.O.T.A.T.O.E. currently does not endorse any canidates for anything. Political endorsement and policy on political endorsement is best handled by the political parties running the canidates in question.
