Yes WHS is correct about the MPP's being illegitimate.
No WHS is not in my opinion 100% correct in blaming moomoo
No Whs should not be ignored because "he does nothing positive in the country". Same argument I heard about a massively corrupt government scheme in our country that actually do a good environmental thing but where there is massive abuse of power ,the usual senior members of a certain party getting high paying contracts and gear out of the blue and the people meant to profit from the endeavor suffering financially because of the usual shortsighted officials within the org, the usual bureaucratic "rondslomp"(check up the word) with their payments and the usual pay the little guy little and pay the fat cats mucho money syndrome that permeate through anything our government do..
Now the section on MPP's was obviously written for the scenario were we made the proposal . it falls short when the other country makes a proposal. In such case I would suggest dictator should be able to shorten the voting procedure bearing in mind the time he has available and stuff like when he goes to sleep.
How it falls short debate for 24 hour and vote then for 24 hour where dictator and congress would normally be allowed less than 24 hours to debate and vote the matter. Less because one can never do it in 24 hour for obvious reasons.
SO ACTUALLY YES BOTH WHS AND MOOMOO HAD VALID POINTS . JUST CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION WITHOUT THE USUAL 2 WEEK B*FEST.
I would also volunteer for CC but it maybe impractical and may better be left for next congress.

CC should be a member of Congress
The only way Moo could be exonerated is if the CP told him Congress passed these MPPs. But he already told us he decided on one himself just because Moo thought it was a good idea. The other the CP asked him to sign it. Our dictator was supposed to be a guard against CP who wanted to break the rules. Instead they both conspired to do so and therefore both displayed that they are unfit for office.
Our C P should also resign

and it is not possible to approve such mpp currently clearly an oversight that needs to be fixed not a reason to impeach people.
i dont really buy into it that you dont do anything positive but then again perhaps this could have been dealt with better . why didnt you point this out and rather insist on a constitution update. i cant see anyone objecting to rectifying an oversight.
government has to agree there was an actual crime before moo would even need desire exoneration.
Has government voted in majority that there was infact a crime?
Have party leads even agreed there is a case worth pursuing?
Unless both ^those have happened, congress has taken the position that moo was properly executing his role under the circumstances of the event.

government asked many times for a cc but not any congressmen approved it. please go and play with the sand guys. its not really funny.
you see the problem is language. you didnt actually vote a country as on the list. mexico is proposed in 1 list and not in the other. so whs was quite correct to point out that you and moomoo were acting ultra vires. sweet is of course wrong in that he suggest it as an emergency where clearly there must have been some discussion before the countries proposed the mpp. but even if we did not vote the proposal we could have told our allies the reason for it and just have proposed it once we ok'ed it. there was 1 oversight though although clearly there is discussion beforehand from other countries a 48 hour period might be too long therefore we should shorten it where another country proposes it.
i see 24 hours where they offer to pay our half. ehhh technically still too long and should be made to correlate with game mechanics.
