As you may know this month, Congress is frozen.


Kinda like that.

There's a lot of misconceptions about what this is. I know that Haliman himself has seen fit to put an end to them. I wish to also make known my support.

What the freeze is not:
-It is not an attempt by the Top 5 parties to control their congressmen
-It is not an attempt to limit availability to congress
-It is not permanent
-It is not some large conspiracy concocted by the Party Presidents to control the world (honestly if we wanted to, we could go for better imo)

What the freeze is:
-It is an attempt to focus our efforts towards PTOing Russian Congress, which has been a longtime goal of the eUS
-It is open for new candidates, as the Top 5 are not running the same people the ran neccessarily last month
-It is limiting in the fact that the number of seats each party has remains the same
-It has been agreed upon by all five Top 5 Party Presidents after having gone through a lengthy discussion process since we were elected

The main thing that this is is an attempt to have our congress for this month laid out, so that we can get the people who can vote to move to Russia and vote our PTOer's in. No matter whether you agree or disagree with this action, it is occurring, so I suggest you get over your qualms and moral role-playing and actually help America.

I know that I did.


What's that? A plot twist?!

Yes that's right, readers. I was not supportive of the PTO effort in the beginning, I will completely admit that, because it didn't feel right to turn around and do the same thing to other countries that had been done to us and caused us so much strife. But you know what?

This is a game. And you play games to firstly have fun, and secondly win. PTOing is about having success over Russia, and personally as the Winter King of UIP I don't want any Russian's trying to lay claim to my title.

This must be done. The alternative...



...is unthinkable.

With that in mind I present to you the list of the UIP members we will be running in Congress this month.

New York: Justin McCravok

Virgina: Athanaric

Anyone not on this list and running in these states is not an actual candidate and as such is most likely a blocker, or a PTOer. Only vote for these members please.

It doesn't end here folks. The UIP needs blockers to help with this effort, and help protect the other parties from PTO. People who wished to be in Congress this month but could not have already signed up to help with this effort as a blocker. If they can get past it, so can you.
